I can't say enough good things about my CPAP care facilitator, Lindsey Shafer, at the Oaks location of Montgomery Medical Equipment.From the beginning training session through this past week, I have been very impressed with her level of patience, knowledge and understanding in helping me get acclimated to this new experience. At the training session, she was very thorough and reassuring and made the time to check in with each person individually and answer questions.I think I've called Lindsey 5X in this first week with questions and she always promptly returned my calls and was always congenial and helpful to resolve my concerns.It's reassuring to know that Lindsey is just a phone call away during this adaptation period for CPAP.

Your computer system to pay my bill is dysfunctional. Doesn’t work half the time and says it’s under maintenance. I got to miss work just to come in the office to pay my bill in person and straighten out what I really owe. You send me too many bills and I think I’m be charged extra. I don’t rent the ByPap anymore and I’m being charged. I’m so confused with all the bills your company sends me!!!

Impossible to find this place. Huge warehouse, not number on the building, no sign on the building, no cars in the parking lot, no people anywhere, one door locked another opens into a long hallway with no suite sign numbers. Called Adapt Health -- parent company on 800 number -- and told the Mill Road address in Oaks is wrong. Directed to Mill Road address number in Phoenixville. That's a house in the middle of a residential area. Called again. On hold for half an hour while Adapt Health called the local office. Came back on line: Montgomery Medical office will call me directly and provide accurate directions to the office. No one ever called. Four hours of my time running around trying to find a place which does not exist. Filing a grievance with my carrier so it knows these people are likely a fraud operation cheating the carrier on a contract to provide medical services it does not provide. Needless to say: I missed my appointment on Friday, February 2, 2024 with these lying fraudsters so I still do not have the equipment I need. I see that other customers are having similar problems with these people in the last few months and even as recently as last month and others into 2023 with advice that Adapt Health and Montgomery Medical are operating a fraud. One star but only because one cannot post a review without a rating. Would be minus 100 otherwise.

I wasn’t sure about going to this company, but they accepted my insurance so I took a chance. Renee’ did a wonderful job of explaining what I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with all that we discussed.

I've been ordering supplies from Montgomery medical supplies for several years. When it comes to ordering supplies there is no problem . When I have problems with the equipment it takes several phone calls (weeks) before anyone contacts me, and they never can help with my problem. I get new machines periodically thru insurance and I am forced to use my older machine because I get no resolution when speaking with the technician at Montgomery Medical. I chose to find another vendor rather than deal with the rudeness and incompetence of their technicians.

Olayemi A******** provided excellent customer service. We were so delighted and appreciative that the feeding pump replacement arrived the day before the snowfall to ensure that our youngest child had a working pump for meals. Although I missed the phone call and text message delivery updates, Mr. A******** still arrived at our home in a friendly and helpful manner. I lt wasn’t until later that evening when I checked my phone that I realized Mr. A******** had previously delivered to our home in December 2022. The wonderful and consistent service is greatly appreciated.

IF i could give 0 i would, I Have such a problem every time i deal with this company, My cpap machine has to be replaced, My doctor ordered a new one, They called me and said they needed a script, i called my doctor and he sent over another one, It took a month until they get back to me and tell me, i will get machine, but they don't have the settings, I Called my doctor again, for the setting, which a rep, from Montgomery medical said everything is good and, the machine would be here before Christmas Never received it, I called January 10 to find out why, They said it was ordered, had to transfer me to another person, That person said, we don't have a script, i said i just talked to a rep, who said it was ordered, what is going on, They said hold on again, after ten minutes they tell me they don't see it How? One rep, says he has it another cant find it, they are the worst,

Maria is my dream wife, the kindest and most sincere, loving, kind, empathetic, and has every quality for compassionate care and manners. She has changed my view of the adapt health company, and meeting her and letting her fix what may seem like a small problem, but was impacting every portion and sector of my Life, which maria took into account more than anyone I've ever met in the medical sales and support field. I hope to only deal with maria moving forward, and thank her so much!!! ??
