Bad, bad, bad.Been working with Lilly here and she is lazy, rude and disrespectful. Incompetent at best.Told me it would take 5 days for POA documentation to be approved by counsel. Asked if she could do whatever possible to expedite. She said she would and would contact me as soon as she got word back from counsel.Here I am over a month later, not having received word from Lilly as she told me she would and despite several attempts on my end to follow up for status only to hear crickets - sitting in the lobby awaiting her feedback from counsel only to be told the wording of the POA is unacceptable and the process needs to begin from scratch (notarization of this documentation is painstakingly onerous and costs $150 at minimum).

Good banch, excellent branch. Staff is fantastic, extremely helpful, polite and kind. I wish they had some hours on Sunday but the Saturday team is great.
