I’ve was in accident on Christmas Eve and I got a tow truck to take my car here. If you ever get into a accident on the street go through you’re insurance company not through no tow truck drive and don’t listen to no tow truck drivers that’s come to the scene of the accident either they scam insurance company for all this money to get paid for holding you’re car for days, weeks and months their prices is bogus a 500 entry fee to put you’re car in the lot but leave the cars on the city street and one car got stolen during the middle of that week then they start putting cars in the yard using a forklift. The yard is horrible nothing but totaled cars and parts On the ground and they will mess you’re car up using the forklift they don’t answer the phone if they do they put you on hold and hang up after only one person at the desk and one person working on cars and manager comes in when he feels like it I advise everyone from know going into the future do not take you’re car here they’ll hold you’re car with out you’re consent that’s how they make they money hold you car, scam the insurance company and take parts inside and out go through you’re belongs while you’re car is in the yard further more it be on the city street.P.S Major Crimes will be called at this bodyshop and along with the yard (CarsRus) they both connected don’t let them tell you it ain’t. If you ever get into an accident and you need a tow knowing them tow truck drivers ain’t supposed at the scene of the accidents don't let them take you’re car where they wanted to go, take it where You wanted to go not them.

I’ve had a great experience with Windrim Auto body. I’ve done business with them in the past and they’re very professional and persistent. Gets the job done. I highly recommend them! It’s Liberty Mutual that sucks!!! Rick makes it happen! ???

having the same experience as others- they're holding the car and refusing to answer calls, our insurance won't be able to get to our car because we can't reach them to sign off on the car, at this point we are going to be calling the police as they're holding our car hostage. "Cars R Us" is what they say they go by now, and they have two addresses listed on the paper we got- this one, and one down the road at 1499 Windrim. absolutely no business info for a Cars R Us in Philly when you look it up.(update: now there is because i added it myself) very sketchy, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

My vehicle was hit by a bad driver in Philadelphia. I was not at fault but was placed in a situation where my vehicle had to be towed. The tow driver was nice and secured me a ride to my friends house nearby. That’s where everything went wrong. I got a call from the company called the auto dr. Who stated it didn’t look too bad and ensured they could fix it and it was purely cosmetic. I had no chose to have the vehicle picked up and repaired by my preferred repair facility that has a secured facility in bucks county and outside of Philadelphia. Once i informed them of my intentions to relocate the vehicle they not only charged an astronomical price for towing and storage and gave them a hard time when trying to pick up the vehicle. They also took it upon themselves to cut my vehicles catalytic converter off causing $3,100 in parts cost to replace the entire exhaust assembly. Also while in their possession my vehicle was tossed inside with anything of value being taken and then caused damage to the rear tall gate which clearly was not there and was not part of the accident. The owner refused to take responsibility and told me to take him to court and said to “prove it happened here!” He lost his temper and was extremely rude demanding part numbers at first, then demanded pictures or video and then demanded that he take possession of my vehicle so he can repair it himself. After refusing to allow them possession of. My vehicle he then became belligerent ignorant and rude.

Do not use this business. They shut down and changed their number after holding my friend’s car hostage. They have had his car for 4 months and have not even started working on his car. The insurance agency says there is nothing they can do.Services: Tires

They are price gauging wreck chasers. You can also tell some of these reviews are almost identical in the wording, they reach out to people and ask them to leave good reviews to balance out all the bad ones. Not honest business, they will take advantage of you.

We are always there picking up vehicles for customers who were mislead into going there by wreck chasers. Shop is unorganized and always has us waiting excessively. On top of price gouging!

RUN AWAY, Warning?Horrible service… They had my car TWO MONTHS promised that they worked on my vehicle after a collision. THEY’RE NOT TO BE TRUSTED…. They scavaged my car. When through it and didn’t repair the damages under the hood that were due to the auto incident. CLOSE DOWN this horrifying place. They’re lie about the timeframe to repair your vehicle. They never call you back. No customer service skills at all. Unorganized, receptionist has no vehicle skills is a high school graduate probably her uncle or brothers business. Has no clue about vehicles not qualified to answer anything. Used as a buffer to defray customers from getting detailed information about their vehicles. This poor excuse for an auto body shop shouldn’t be allowed to take a stray dog in they would probably strip him of his skin.Service: Body & Trim

I would give 0 stars if I could! PLEASE Do not waste your time with this “business” they charged $700 for half a day of holding my car and they stole my sneakers out of my trunk!!! They are so slimy and just seem like a group of EXTREMELY aggressive and almost predatory men!!

They took 2 months to fix my car which had minor damages.. also when I finally picked up my car which was on July 11,2022.my radio nd screen was missing, nd they had to fix my bumper, nd put in my side mirror!!! So now I'm waiting on my new my new radio, nd my light cover.. also which they never fixed
