I have cleaning done here. I also had my wedding dress preserved. They've altered clothes on request for me. Very clean and friendly. Never any issues.

I had a shirt where the front seam had popped a stitch or two. When I took it there today they told me that they couldn't stitch it up because the rip was on the seam, which makes no sense because it's a black shirt. Black thread on the seam is literally the definition of stitching. They sent me away and refused to help me with what should have been a quick two minute repair. Terrible customer service, terrible treatment and is just an example of plain laziness. People these days just don't like to do their job and I don't understand how people like this stay in business! I ended up literally making the repair myself but it was completely unnecessary for me to have to do that.
