They ruined a newly bought suitcoat and blamed me for the four bad spots-stains and the woman who checked me in (newly hired and newly fired the same week) -- did not mark it and did not point it out to me but the owner claimed it was ruined when I brought them this expensive suit (worn five times only) into this establishment.

Do not use this dry cleaner! He ruined my Burberry trench and refused to take responsibility! He blamed me for a BLUE chemical stain that was not on the coat when I dropped it off as he clearly looks at garments when they are dropped off! I understand accidents happen but they should take responsibility and correct their mistakes.
Save yourself the trouble and headache go somewhere else!

Warwick cleaners are amazing! They are also so kind and willing to work miracles for you! I had some emergency dry cleaning I needed done for a holiday and they got all of it done in two days! I also had some mystery purple liquid stain my favorite sports coat, and they did some magic, and the jacket is as good as new! Highly recommend!!!!!

I came to this dry cleaner as a young college student seeking inexpensive alterations and the man doing my alterations frequently grabbed my breasts without my approval and without reasoning. I was getting a small alteration to the bottom of my dress yet he kept grabbing my boobs and going under my dress. He said he was pulling them up so that he could see how the dress laid on my body which made little sense as it was unneeded and could have been done myself. I was quite uncomfortable and will not be returning nor do I recommend any other women to do so. It is the same price as many others in the area and is not worth it.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID. I took three of my nicest cashmere sweaters to this cleaner for dry cleaning and they clearly put them through a washer and dryer. All three were shrunk -- one so badly it won't fit over my head and shrunk four inches in length. When I returned with that sweater, they denied any wrongdoing, said "we never make mistakes" and "we never wash anything here" (then why does the business name include the word "laundry"?) and that I should return it to the manufacturer. Every business makes mistakes but great businesses take accountability for them and make things right. Warwick is not one of them.
