We were with Monster Minders for a little over a year before we moved. Could not recommend them enough, especially our walker Emily. We always complimented how attentive she was with our little guy and how she would notice the smallest things. Communication was always great and she even helped reinforce some training we were working on. Having a consistent walker everyday really helped our puppy get used to a routine and we know how much he loved Emily just by his excitement everyday. People in our apartment building have even gone out of their way to tell us how great Emily was with our pup. So glad to know he was in great hands!

I used this company for about three weeks. There were a few problems and they were extremely unprofessional when problems arose. First, my dog has stomach problems and I asked that he avoid food on the street and grass. Shortly after starting, I found grass in throw up that I found when I returned home. I politely asked for them not to walk walk my dog in the grass because my dog will eat the grass which makes him sick. The owner sent a note saying the walker never walks him in grass. Well, that was clearly untrue because the walker had sent me several pictures of the dog walking in the grass. Second, I was home one day because construction work was being done at home, and I had my dog on a leash with a standard collar tied to a sofa. When the walker came, I released him to go down the stairs to be walked. His walking leash has a prong collar because he is a puller. After the walker returned my dog, I realized (when I tried to tie him to the sofa again) that he did not have on the standard collar, and only the prong collar was in the closet. Problems can occur and I accept that. My issue is that the owner constantly denies everything instead of accepting responsibility. Additionally, the owner states everything as fact even though she had no personal knowledge of the situation. What happens if a big problem occurs if they cannot acknowledge a small problem?

I couldn’t recommend The Monster Minders more! Alex has been walking my dog Birdie for about 3 years now.
Alex gave the best updates on Birdie any day she walked her. Birdie was always happy and taken care of!
The Monster Minders is so communicative and accommodating. They really make you feel at ease leaving your pup at home and have been so flexible with us in the past with schedule changes! ? Reach out to them if you need a great dog walker in Philly!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I had a great experience with Monster Minders. They are a reliable and professional company. I loved Emily's updates during the day with my dog, Penny. The app makes it easy to add or cancel walks. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy dog walkers in Philly!

I used Monster Minders while working in Philly for several months and they were absolutely wonderful. I have a sensitive/reactive dog and it's hard for me to let other people handle him, but knowing that he is getting one on one personalized care from someone who really loves and wants the best for your dog made all the difference. The app makes communication very easy and I appreciated the amount of detail left in the notes after each walk. Highly recommended for anyone in the Philly area, especially if you have a dog that needs a little extra attention and encouragement!

What an awesome company. I had a great experience with the Monster Minders, and Pam in particular, who walked and loved my two dogs for the year. The company is very professional- easy to work with, great communication, and love dogs. My dogs loved Pam and she did a great job tailoring their walks to the needs. I’ve always used individual walkers in the past, but the ease of this company was amazing. For example, if Pam was out of town, they’d move another Minder in to walk the dogs, and it was no stress for me. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking!

Finally glad to have found a reliable/experienced dog walker! Our dog is 10 months old, and she is not perfect on leash so we did not want to hire a rando.Monster Minders was very responsive and thorough when we reached out. At the meet and greet, we met one of the owners and our dog walker. Our dog walker, Terra, is so good with our pup. Our dog was definitely apprehensive at first, but Terra was patient and won our dog over. Love the updates and pics she sends of our lil menace.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Monster Minders and with our walker, Emily, in particular. The MM founders are professional, thoughtful, and communicative; it’s clear that they’re dog-lovers and understand what dogs need. And Emily is the absolute best. Our dog adores her, and she really takes care to make his walks fun and interesting (and tiring!) for him. She also writes us very charming and thorough reviews of their walks together and always takes the cutest photos of our dog. Thanks, Monster Minders!

I've used monster minders for close to two years and only have great things to say about them!!! I can fully trust Nicolette to take care of my dog and appreciate all her updates. As a company they are extremely reliable and I know I never have to worry about my dog when I have walks scheduled

I've used Monster Minders on and off when moving in and out of different areas of Philly over the past few years, and it really has been such a relief finding such wonderful people to take care of my dog. Carrie is one of the most responsive, kind, accommodating, and thoughtful business owners around, and is so easy to communicate with. The scheduling app is a breeze, the organization is impeccable, and the depth with which they get to know and understand your dog is profound. Our Minder Jakub has been a God-send for my dog Josie, who is an extremely anxious rescue with a lot of quirks. Many walkers in the past have quit on her, but Jakub has always treated her with patience and kindness, and is now one of the few people in the world she jumps for joy to see. It really was a blessing working with people who really understand dogs and work with you to meet your unique dog's needs, and I will be forever grateful for all they've done for us!

We can't say enough good things about Monster Minders. We've been happy customers of Monster Minders for over ten years. We've had a number of different walkers over the years and they've all been excellent, including Patricia, our current walker. Monster Minders has always been extremely professional, communicative, and caring with our dogs. We love getting the pictures from each day's walk and it is such a relief knowing our dog is well cared for.

I've been using Monster Minders for a few months and I can't say enough good things about them. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner! Dena takes care of my dog as if she were her own. I have had issues with other dog walkers losing my key, forgetting to show up, last minute cancellations, etc. and that has never happened with these guys. After each appointment, they send a detailed report in their app complete with photos. Dena's reports are so detailed, she even lets me know if my dogs is a little off. And, as a bonus, she takes the BEST photos of my dog. Don't hesitate and schedule a meet and greet with Monster Minders ASAP!

I’ve used MonsterMinders for 10+ years. The owners are amazing - very responsive, professional and accommodating. And, all of my walkers have been wonderful. Garvin, our current walker, not only took great care of our aging golden, but has helped us train our wild new golden puppy. I really couldn’t ask for a better walking/sitting service than MonsterMinders!
