Completely understaffed. Arrived - no vallet for parking and no bellman. Carried own bags up to 15 floor. Room service consisted of meal coming in a brown bag as a take out order from their restaurant. Rooms were dated, noosey and ill furnished.Definitely not worth the cost.

Nice, but expensive for what you get. Mostly little things. For example, we booked a room with two beds for two people, but there was only one glass and it was plastic. Had to jiggle the toilet handle at times to reset the stopper. Light on sound proofing. But the needs were nice and firm so we slept well and that's the... read full comment
