Recently moved to the area and had to come for a minor issue with my car. Very genuine and honest business. Really enjoys serving the community. Very happy to have found this place. Will definitely plan on coming here in the future for inspections and repairs

Pete is my neighborhood mechanic. He parks customers' vehicles on my street due to his limited lot space. In Dec 2022 one of Pete's employees verbally assaulted me when I came outside to ask if he needed me to move one of our household's vehicles so he could get out of a tight space. Before I could get the words out, Pete's employee was unleashing a torrent of verbal abuse at me - called me just about every foul, misogynistic name you could think of. I should have called the police, but I did not for the sake of keeping the peace on the block. I made Pete aware of what happened and asked him to not park his customers' vehicles in front of my house anymore because I didn't feel safe. Not only was he unapologetic- he was hostile. I am not the only person on the street who has been subjected to this harassment and intimidation. A woman 2 doors down from Pete has been enduring even worse from the same employee, who has also keyed her car. Pete and his guys pick and choose who they are friendly with. Please keep in mind these are folks of low integrity. I am posting this review because it has gotten to the point that I no longer feel safe here.

Superior & Pete rock. I was way over-quoted at the AAA mechanic on Columbus when my engine broke down. Was able to get a tow to Superior last minute and didn't even have to be there. Engine was fixed (serpentine belt & pulley issues) and I was informed AAA missed a major piece of the puzzle.
Have been a couple more times since - always a great, honest, unpretentious experience. Pete's great about explaining everything in a way non mechanics can understand.

High summer and my car was overheating. No shop in the city was willing to take my car (weird time-- seems like everyone is overworked or understaffed.) Pete graciously took on the task and replaced my radiator for a more than reasonable price. Really appreciate the help and plan on taking my car back for any issues in the future.

Dropped my daughters car off to have brakes,rotors,oil change and tire plugged. All work was done at affordable price and all work was exceptionally done! Staff was very friendly. The name says it all ...Superior!!! Thank You!

Exceptional service. You really don't find many places like this anymore. The staff is transparent about pricing, they're personable, and do an outstanding job. I can't emphasize enough how I will never go elsewhere.

Yesterday on my way to work my transmission went out. While that sucked and is never ideal, lucky for me that it happened around the corner from Superior Auto. Pete came out immediately and helped diagnose what could be going on.I ended up needing to get it towed to a transmission shop but Pete and the rest of the team there were very helpful and kind throughout the process. Exactly the type of people you want to trust to work on your car!

No matter where I live in Philadelphia, I will always take my car here for repairs for the rest of my days. Pete + the team are the absolute best. As a young woman who knows nothing about what's going on inside my car, getting repairs can be an extra stressful experience. Not at Superior Auto—everyone goes above-and-beyond in their professionalism, kindness and fairness. They work super quickly here, have exceptional prices and, above all, you feel like they really care. 11/10.

Good mechanic. But our car got broken into there. They said it happens often in the area we live two blocks away for 3 years and had zero break ins. They need it up their security if this is a regular event.
