Terrible experience. They contract you out to carriers and then cannot help you when something goes wrong with those carriers. Unapologetic. Unhelpful. They claimed that they quoted us “on the high end” but then we ended up having to pay $1500 more. If you want a kind, helpful moving company, I suggest booking a different direct company that can help when something goes awry.

It took over a month and a half for the items from my out of state move to arrive. Then the first shipment arrived, come to find out not everything was in that shipment so I had to do a second additional one. They were not able to get my couch or my dresser up the stairs. My desk was not put together, and all of my tables and couches were left in plastic wrap for me to deal with my self. Thank you ship smart what a great $4,000 quality service I paid for !

I was very pleased and impressed with Ship Smart. They took great care of me. I called for a quote on shipping a dining table and 6 chairs across the country. They gave me a good estimate which was half the price of other moving companies. The day came for the shipment to be packaged and the truck was at my house early. They carefully loaded and wrapped and secured the table and chairs. It was brought to the distribution center where it was shrink wrapped and loaded and shipped across the country. The weight had changed so I only had to pay $100 more. That still was less than other companies. The table and chairs arrived at my son's place 2 weeks earlier than expected. When my son unwrapped the table and chairs they were in the same great condition as when they left my house. I was so thankful to Ship Smart for the excellent and efficient job they had done. I was very happy to have found ship smart to send the family table and chairs. Thank you Ship Smart for a great job well done. I recommend you highly.

My husband and I had to plan a last minute relocation from Pennsylvania to Minnesota. Ship Smart Inc was able to accommodate our tight schedule and made the entire experience of moving stress free and convenient. All my telephone and email interactions with Ship Smart representatives were pleasant and professional. Our furniture and personal belongings were picked up and wrapped in the most efficient and organized manner.
