Very good customer service. Called in an order. Barry was professional and ready to assist and had the order ready in no time. There was a woman in line when I came in who was seeming to give the store associate a hard time but he was kind and patient with her. Props to him for that and for being so helpful. If you are having trouble finding parking here - tip: there is an AutoZone across the street with its own parking lot. I’ve parked there and walked right across. If you’re hungry there are also a couple food trucks in that parking lot jic that is appealing to you

I parked my car in the parking lot of this Sherwin Williams store and was immediately accosted by two men who told me my car was going to get towed. I told them I was a customer and asked who they were since they were not wearing a company shirt. I was then called names that you'd only hear in a Quentin Tarantino movie, and told to suck one of their dicks. I went into the store and told then what was happening and they did not care. I had to go to another store before buying the paint I needed so I left. When I came back there was a tow truck hauling away vehicles indiscriminately. Even the store clerks needed to go out to tell the tow truck driver not to take their vehicles. After purchasing my paint and supplies, I asked one of the store clerks why customers were being harassed and having their cars towed. The vague answer I got was: It's the landlord. If you have a problem go contact her. Do not EVER shop at this store or the Auto Zone or CVS locations next door. There is a very high chance your car will be towed and you'll be told to contact the landlord.
