They make up fees and charge you double a true breach of contract but the owner is nowhere to be found disgracefully. After being a customer for over 10 years that’s how you treat your customers

The only reason for the 2 star rating is that they changed the access hours to such a limited time that I have a very hard time getting there before they close. They have no evening hours at all anymore. The latest time is 545 pm. That’s just not reasonable for anyone who has to work during the day and can’t make it home that early.

I was paying my bill one weekend here, and overheard the manager drop the classic boomer line: "nobody wants to work anymore" to a UPS driver he was chatting with.I'm moving my storage unit elsewhere. The employees are nice but they're definitely not being paid a living wage.

This place was ideal for my storage needs for one year. Everyone working here has been super nice; for example, I forgot to turn off auto-pay at the very end of the lease and they saved the check for me, called me about it, and allowed me to pick up the non-cashed check at my convenience. The loading bay and parking spots were super convenient for the moves, too.

Their actual hours are a suggestion. I’ve had a mailbox here for two months and multiple times I’ve showed up before their “closing time” but they are closed. Regardless, their posted open hours aren’t convenient for people with jobs.Cost was $45 to sign up then $25/mo for mailbox.Here’s the current hours received from them via email, but they have been closed before 5:45pm on week says.Monday - Friday8:30 am - 5:45 pmSaturday9:00 am - 4:45 pmSunday11:00 am - 2:45 pm

So glad to have found this place! My 10x10 is very reasonably priced compared to other facilities!! Access is easy and secure and the location is perfect. Great staff that helped me figure out what size unit I need. I can see why they’ve been here so many years!!

Great Overall Experience - I’ve been renting here for over two years and have had a professional experience from day one. Storage units and the overall facility are clean, especially now with the COVID-19 extra cleaning regimen they implemented.I am always able to pull right into the loading area, leave my vehicle and retrieve or drop off items to my storage unit.Pricing is very competitive if not lower than the area storage companies.For me, it comes down to location. I use the facility for my local handyman business. I am in and out of my unit daily.After 2 years, I continue to recommend this business.
