They talk a good talk, but the quality of their work may not meet your expectations. I got an “In & Out” for $45 + $15 tip + $3 transaction fee from their ATM.This was my first time using their services. I brought in an SUV with dog hair everywhere so I requested that they focus on cleaning the interior. The staff member I spoke with took a look inside and pointed out areas that would require a shampoo, but assured me that they would be able to get most of the dog hair with a vacuum. They also recommended that I hold off on getting the shampoo because rain was expected for the next two days which might cause the car to smell like mildew inside if it wasn’t dry in time. They gave me an estimated wait time of 1 hour 20 minutes and offered for me to sit inside the garage or come back. Before handing the SUV over to them, I pointed out to the staff member I had been speaking with some personal items that I wanted them to be careful cleaning around. I sat in their garage on an orange leather couch for a while, took a walk around the neighborhood, and then returned to the garage for the remaining time. When the car was “ready”, I opened the driver’s side and immediately noticed the damage to those personal items. I expressed my disappointment to the owner who actually did the damage. The owner apologized and admitted their was a lack of communication between them and the staff member to whom my note was directly given. While I’m trying to manage my feelings around this, I’m looking around the interior of the car and noticing most of the dirt and dog hair is still there (see photos). The owner said they removed as much as they could with the vacuum (even though there was loose dirt in some areas) and said shampooing would be required. So why not recommend that I save my $45 for an interior detail when the weather is sunny for few days? Also, the owner decided to “try out” a new scented product for the interior without my consent and wanted to know “what I thought” about it. I told them I am not someone who likes artificial scents (such as scented candles, perfume/cologne, etc). Only after expressing extreme dissatisfaction to the owner, was I offered a discount… ?The fact that you returned the vehicle to me in the condition that it was in, without offering explanation speaks to the quality and pride they have in their work.Nah… I won’t be needing that discount.

Inside of the car is still completely dirty and greasy almost like oil is still on the surfaces of the car. They used products that penetrated the plastic and literally stained it with this brown color so my car looks worse than it did before.Service: Auto detailing

Wow! Car was perfect! I had a car show to attend, nothing special, no judging, but you still want your wheel to look good and it looked spectacular. I'd just gotten the car painted, so you can't do any old thing to fresh paint and you don't want to re-introduce swirl marks, the detailer knew exactly what to do, explained and when I came back to pick up my car it was perfect! Go with confidence. Redd Boys will get it done for you.
