I recently brought in my car with some new dents. It's a 15yo car and my insurance doesn't cover these sort of repairs so I was looking for an inexpensive fix to make the car look a little better. Jim and his team did just that. They were non-judgmental, heard my needs, and didn't try to upsell me. I will definitely bring my car back with any future needs.

Jim and his mechanic Ryan are really prioritizing the happiness of their clients, which I respect. They go the extra mile to fix the problem at hand and are willing to work within specific budgets and circumstances. Will be back!

You never know with mechanics or body shops or whoever but I decided to give them a chance. Keith answered the phone and was very professional. He handed me off to Jim who gave me an overview and time estimate. Obviously with dealing with the insurance company and ordering parts which I'm sure was affected by the corona along with the staff. Having said all that, I was very pleased with how the car came out which Jim said would like better than new and he was right. Hopefully I don't need to go back but if I do...

My Lexus was vandalized with bricks. This body shop was recommended to me by a friend. I took my vehicle here and spoke with the staff. The staff is very approachable and courteous. I spoke with Ed and he talked me though the process including the insurance side. I trusted him as he worked with me and left my vehicle. When I went to pick my vehicle up I was amazed at the job these guys did! Not only did my vehicle look like new, but they also detailed the inside. I am still amazed and appreciative of the work these guys do. They are not only very professional, but they also do tremendous work. It is hard to find decent people nowadays, but this shop is full of them. I highly recommend this auto body shop if you are unfortunate to need one.

My car was hit while parked during the Thanksgiving Holiday. A friend recommended Phila Auto Body to get the repairs done. I checked out some reviews on Google and Yelp and the reviews were great. I gave them a call, they came and towed my car for me and the process seamless. Denery was great from start to finish. He explained all of the work that needed to be done and made sure to check in with me weekly to provide updates. When I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new. The work they did was excellent. I also had some other scratches on my car that weren't from the accident and they fixed those as well. They did a fantastic job. If you ever need work done, you won't be disappointed with Phila Auto Body. The entire process was easy and stress free.

This was my first experience dealing with a car accident and dealing with a auto repair shop. I was lucky enough to do my research and not choose options considered by my insurance company. I came here because this shop have nothing but good reviews, and I can see why now that I am now one of those customers who leaves a positive review. Totally time my car took to me fixed was 22 business days and this wasn't because of the shop, but because how much this shop will fight with insurance companies to get you factory parts and not aftermarket! I was more than happy to wait the extra time to get the original Toyota parts on my 2016 Prius. Everyone here is amazing, down to earth and reliable. I called many times to check on the status of my repair and felt like I was bugging them but not once did they make me feel that way. Enough about how good the service is here, let the work speak for itself and take a look at the images of the before and after photos. Again, would highly highly recommend coming here for work!

Shout out to Ed and crew! After scratching up my car pretty solidly in a tight driveway earlier this year, plus more love taps than any car should endure, my vehicle was looking pretty beat up. I pass Philadelphia Auto Body regularly and noticed their signs to check them out on Yelp. I was impressed by the reviews and before/after photos, so brought my car in for an estimate. Admittedly, it was a little more than I wanted to spend, but Ed walked through every step and I realized I had underestimated the amount of work needed. At the end of the day, I feel like the price was well worth the result. My car looks beautiful! There is zero evidence of the driveway incident, and my bumper was also touched up quite a bit (anything more would have required a new bumper so I am thrilled with the results of the touch up). Additionally, Ed recommended a bumper license plate protector for the front of my car - a genius suggestion that looks great and will hopefully help keep the front from getting too banged up in the future. Last but not least, the team identified some shoddy repair work from a previous incident that was handled by another shop in the city. They fixed these mistakes as part of my service, which I greatly appreciate. But wait, there's more! My car was returned with a full detail. Goodbye, Jersey shore sand and grime. I feel like my car is new again. I'm so happy! Highly recommend these guys and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car there again.

I could have taken my car anywhere to get repaired because the other persons insurance company was paying for the repairs, I got a few recommendations from people but my one friend said bring it to philly auto body and you won't regret it. I'm so glad I took my friends recommendation, they did an awesome job!! The car really does look better than when I bought it! Ed did a great job keeping me in the loop and working with the insurance company! I will definitely be recommending others to philly auto body!

Went in over the summer for some body work to fix some bad scratches on the side of my car. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I went to 2 other places and Philadelphia Auto Body to get quotes for the repair. The quote from Philadelphia Auto Body was the lowest and they offered a quick turn around time! It turned out looking good as new!
