My experience at Quality Motors Of Germantown was nothing short from perfect! This was my first time purchasing a car and Saadiq walked me through each step patiently. From letting me test drive the car, Allowing my mechanic to inspect the car for pre purchase, Keeping the car on the lot so I could collect the rest of my money to pay it off within the time frame given to me. He helped me get my tags, registration, stickers, helped me get affordable car insurance Also helped with transferring my title. Keep in mind this is my first car ? While going through the whole process I Had My 7 year old daughter who was asking a million questions lol everyone was nice and interacting with her answering her questions making me feel 100% more comfortable with my purchase. Saadiq and Mr. Jebar I Just want to thank you both for everything! I'm going on a month strong with my 2013 Toyota Camry XLE. This has been 1 of the best purchases I have ever made that I am very thankful for. If you want a great used car that works with communication that's transparent come here you will not be disappointed ??

I purchased a car in June 2020 from Quality Motors in Philadelphia despite living in Lubbock, TX and not seeing the car first-hand. Despite COVID-19 restrictions and protesting going on, Quality Motors was first-rate about staying in close communication, setting up all the transfer documents, working with me on travel arrangements, and introducing me to Philadelphia Water Ice! With all the uncertainty going on in June 2020, one thing is for sure - there was no uncertainty regarding Quality Motors' integrity. Great father-son team - genuine and friendly. Disclosed every little item that might need attention with their used cars. The country needs more honest car dealers and just plain good folks like this. Thanks again Quality Motors, yes - I made it back to Texas and am enjoying my 'new' car.

The cars are OK . The business relationship is not dependable. Jabar I believe the owners name is , seems to be untrustworthy. I’m uncertain if the procrastination is due to us being from out of town. He seems very dismissive when a phone call was made to explain how much money had to be put into the a car my uncle purchased. It was more than what the car was purchased for. We are very conscience that purchasing a used vehicle there will always be a problem with it unless you get it brand new. However COMMUNICATION for ANY BUSINESS DEAL is the most IMPORTANT and RESPECTED . We especially wanted to go to Philly because of the reputation that Philly holds as far as love , support , and GENUINESS.My uncle got a car from this lot a couple of weeks ago and he was stuck on how much money he had to put into it . So a phone call was made to let Jabar know the car that was sold to my uncle had a lot wrong with it that was not communicated during the deal . No one was looking for a deal or to bring the car back or for anything except HONESTY ! So moving forward my uncle would like to know what else he would have to put into the car if need be because he needs a car . Jabar “claims” he was unaware of these things and promised us help . So far ...... nothing ! He told my uncle he would get a part and never said anything back . My uncle gave him time because he was doing us a favor but enough time has passed so my uncle called him and asked about the status of everything and Jabar asked if he still needed the work done . We are so confused how my uncle magically wouldn’t need the work done after the negotiation was already made . Jabar claims someone did not come through with what he needed and he will have someone else come and bring him what is needed. It sounds like he is trying to spin us honestly, moving forward we know he doesn’t care about customer service or his reputation. I’d suggest you bring someone with you that knows about cars and bargaining prices if you do not know these things already. We are dissatisfied with the customer service and how we were handled after trying for an understanding.

I was looking for a reliable car. I found my gem at Quality Motors. I am a proud owner of a Honda Accord. As a single lady they couldn't have been any nicer. I bought the car in May and have not had a single problem. I have and will recommend any friends that are looking for a reliable ride this is the place to go

These guys here really are quality! Bro Saadiq is who I've dealt with the entire time since buying my car and I couldn't be happier about that. I had some issues come up a few days after buying the car so I called the dealership and he called back within 30 minutes to work something out. He truly has been incredible. This is the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle in PA, and the first time I've bought a used car myself so I was a bit hesitant and nervous. I went from West Philly to NJ looking for a car under $3000 that wouldn't stop working the next day. I'm so thankful I ended going with Quality Motors. I truly trust QM to honest with me and that's hard to find in a dealership.

If I could give a 0 I would. I have already filed with the attorney general in regards to this business. I bought a 2007 Nissan Sentra from here not even 2 weeks ago. The day of, everything seemed great. The very next day my motor blower stops working and no my fans run continuously, which will cost over $300 with parts and labor. Also something is triggering the tire pressure sensor, and to top it off my check engine lights came because of a leak in my exhaust (which I found out when I took to get the annual inspection). All and all they screwed me!

Sold me a car back in February it was an Acura TL 2002 . Hasn't been a month and the check engine light came on which would cost me over 2500 in repairs. Said it came with warranty but it didn't. Never again.

Everyone there was so nice. We came from Hershey to buy a car and it was just as nice as they said on the phone. My son was so happy. The car was a great price too. Thanks again to everyone at Quality Motors of Germantown.
