Stephon S was very professional, personable, and helpful in getting an additional account set up for us as well as answering all our other questions and concerns. He really went the extra mile to help us and explained everything well along the way. The bank was very clean and well lit.

The customer service here has gone down. I needed to do an escrow payment which I've done there two times previously. I'm guessing this guy didn't want to learn how to do something new and told me just deposit the money on my account and and then transfer it myself online. If you want people to do transactions online why are you guys in the branch then? Waste of time

I can’t believe a bank has three ATMs out of order. Absolutely nuts to me. As expected line is incredibly long. Buy the time I spent 20 minutes in line, I was informed of a $1400 max withdrawal limit as “they didn’t have enough cash”. Probably won’t be coming back here.

Horrible customer service from Dennis quigley. He didn’t even greet us, just said “you can come with me”. Then we were met with a barrage of questions from PNC regarding my husbands income, profession and citizenship status. No bank is required to ask someone this personal information, it feels highly discriminatory. I have been to multiple banks over the years and was never asked such questions. Perhaps because we are Muslim and my husband is a Yemeni national…we will have to switch banks now after 10 years.

I showed up to get a cashier's check - simple, right? No, not here. They told me their license was expired in their system - how does that work, my ID wasn't expired according to the state of Missouri! They told me they didn't believe I was the owner of the account (despite providing my PIN, debit card, and answering all the security questions correctly) so I had to drive all the way back to my house to get my passport. When I came back instead of helping me get a cashier's check the teller spent 15 minutes typing a bunch of my information into their system - who I worked for, my passport number, how long I have been employed, where I lived - how is this relevant to getting a cashier's check? Then, they sent me to a different teller who told me that writing +5$ on the withdrawal slip was incorrect. The previous teller is the one who told me to do that in the first place! However, I will say the manager and last teller I worked with were very polite and were just trying to be careful.

They take too damnn long child. just standing here knees hurting at 11am they don’t care. Only one teller open? The security guard done breathed all in my face child, smelled his much from yesterday. If they knew better they’d do better, so I advice y’all to stop coming here all together.

This is the worse branch to come to for your money you are not treated like a fair customer and Glorivee Callazo is so unprofessional she treats her consumers with the least bit of respect please go else where if possible and she has a very bad attitude I am leaving the whole bank because of her attitude

This bank denied me a debt consolidation loan due to income ,I paid off 2 credit cards an a loan with this bank ,an now in a time a crisis they deny me due to income ,if you don't have close to a rich person salary pnc will not help , I have a points card with them closing account today an paying that off also ,staff very nice an professional .I recommend this bank to no one.

They are the worst to get a small personal loan. PNC Consumer sucks. Tried to get a loan several times over a long period of time and always get denied. They are impossible to get a loan no matter the amount. Plan on changing banks. Had an account with them probably over 20 years or longer and still can't get a stupid loan. Very disappointed and looking to bank else where. GOOD BYE PNC!!!!!!!

This is the only branch that doesn't discriminate against me about cashing large personal checks ( it's none of your business why I have a $5,000 personal check, sorry ppl dobt like you as much to do the same for you, just cash it and move on). Which is sad that in this day and time just because a black girl gets checks from a white woman there must be a problem. So thanks for that. Also the staff is super nice the women are doing it here. Keep up the good work.
