Pit Stop is fantastic! My pup is always thrilled to stop in, and he comes home happy and tired. Also, the employees are so friendly!

The absolute nicest people run this adorable spot. They charge a lot for overnight stays, BUT you basically get two days of day play included for that price. Parking sucks. No way around it, so give yourself extra time.

We’ve left our dog here for day care and overnight boarding. Good experience for both so far.

We always joke that if our dog got lost, he would find his way to Pit Stop HQ before our own home! Our dog absolutely LOVES Pit Stop HQ! He goes weekly and loses it every time we walk there. The staff are so friendly and greet him so warmly. They also offer overnight stays too. Pit Stop also posts daily on their social media, which we greatly appreciate.

I brought my 8 month old puppy in last friday for a meet and greet they said she did great, so I left her there for the rest of the day. I was really excited to send my dog to daycare here. Today, I brought her in the morning, she was not even there 10 minutes and someone called and said you need to pick your dog up she is out of control with the smaller dogs. First of all, small dogs and large dogs should not be in the same room. Second, at least give her maybe 30 minutes to calm down. I am sorry that a 8 month old puppy gets excited when she sees other dogs. I was also suppose to have my dog stay there over the weekend and the man said until your dog gets proper etiquette she can not come here. That is ridiculous because on their Instagram all you see are dogs playing with each other!

Our pup's home away from home! It only took one visit for our pup to be excited to go back. We've done the daycare service, and have also used their overnight boarding. We feel confident in the care our pup receives from everyone there! They even do sweet "school" photos

Great, affordable dog daycare. They let you drop in until 2pm and you do not need a reservation. They have overnight services available which include a full day of daycare. Friendly staff. My dog loves seeing them.

Wonderful people who truly love dogs! Our dog has been here for daycare as well as boarding, and he loves it. Seems like a great group of dogs, plus both indoor and outdoor spaces to play. They also post great photos on social media. We love PitStop!

Our dogs go there all the time. They absolutely love it. They love the employees as much as the other dogs. I love that they are able to play with other dogs the entire time they are there and aren't kept in cages at all.

Amazing place with great staff. You really can’t find a better place in Philly that has such accommodating hours for those who have a long commute or demanding work schedule. My Lizzie loves it here and always comes home sleepy and excited for the next time she gets to visit. They are super efficient and I never have to wait more than a brief minute to pick her up and drop off is a breeze.

Our rescue pup Augie has separation anxiety and we love and appreciate the flexibility we have at Pit Stop HQ! Augie enjoys going, and races to the door when we round the corner. And their partner business--9th st grooming--provides a great, low stress option for Augie to get any grooming needs done without any extra effort on our part. The staff was great at helping Augie adjust when he first started, too! Highly recommend.

Everyone here is so nice, caring (which is what you would look for in a doggie daycare), and give good feedback on the dog's behavior which is good for training. They also do fun things like back to school photos.

If you have a submissive/small/easy to take care of dog you will probably be fine here, but it's so crowded that there is not enough time/attention given to former shelter dogs with unique issues like separation anxiety. They gave up on my dog being a candidate for daycare after 6 weeks. Staff seemed shocked at his ability to get out of crates and gates... he's a smart rescue dog who had to think quickly in order to survive....He is not a trauma-free designer dog. I never felt like they really cared to make it work for him, or communicated that my dog was at risk of not being invited back. Also there is no separation of small and large dogs, which seems irresponsible to me when there are 40+ dogs there at once. I feel sad that my dog seemed so misunderstood by the Pit Stop staff. Note - I take my dog to dog parks daily and he has never had an issue getting along with other dogs on my watch.
