My questions were answered and if uncertainty tried to creep in, Ebony cleared it away with confidence. Customer service is very important to me. The worst customer service i have ever had any place ever. I bought a new phone that suddenly u could not make calks without it on speaker. I took it there and they said it would be in three weeks later. I go back to get the phone and twice was told they have to email the manager and would call me back which they never did. I call three times and everytime the girl says i will check and call u back i said i was told that yesterday and she said ur number is on the caller id then hung up on me. None of the staff no what they are doing without checking with a manager
