They did not follow the schedule, wasted time on the road, and the store was closed an hour earlier than indicated on the Google map and the official website.

The schedule is incorrect, they close an hour earlier than indicated. I spent 20 minutes one way to visit the store. In total, they stole 40 minutes of my life and the gas that I used to get here and back

The shop is closed when it should be open at 12:34pm, I waited around 1 hour.

Really helpful staff. This one guy with long hair near the dressing rooms knows a lot about pants sizing and the different Levi's jeans models. Really nice discounts too ?

I worked til 6 pm drove to the mall to return a pair of pants at this store got there after walking the whole mall to find it at 6:50 pm and they had the gate down employees said " we are closed" well it was not 7 pm yet still had 10 minutes , just wasted a whole freaking hour for nothing!

My review is overdue, I came to buy a pair of jeans and ended up leaving with 4 pairs thanks to Lindsey. She looked on the rack with me, called another staff to check the back and than proceeded to look online. Normally, if I don't see what I want I just leave. That's what I call going above and beyond. I just wanted to say thank you and keep up the great customer service Lindsey.
