Wonderful people and have cared for my son for the past 3 1/2 years. (He actually scolds me for picking him up early. )The saying "it takes a village " well these women are the village. They became our family and it is bittersweet that my son will be starting kindergarten in the next few weeks. Thank you for going through this beautiful journey with us.

One of my children has been attending daycare for almost a year, and another of my children is attending summer camp here. There is more turnover of staff than I'd like ideally, but that being said, everyone they hire has been really great and caring towards the kids. The facilities are nice, they are clean and thoughtfully curated to young people. The food they provide is good quality and well rounded, they never give the kids junk or sweets. The staff are really attentive to ensure the kids safety. They also go out of their way to do all kinds of wonderful projects with the kids - arts and crafts and science experiments to name a few. In the summer there has been fun water plan outdoors and even a giant inflatable water slide some days. I very highly recommend les petits cherubs on ridge.

We are very happy with Les Petits Cherubs. Ms. Sonya & Megan are my daughter’s teachers. They are very sweet and keep me in the loop of how the day is going through an app called HiMama which I LOVE. They upload photos, videos, meals, diaper changes, crafts and her mood. That’s a feature that not many daycares offer and it makes a whole difference, being able to see how your baby is doing during the day is a huge relief and gives a piece of mind. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter.

They accused me of not paying. But I had. There was a big fight on the phone with the owner. I canceled the checks and re-issued them. Later a staff person called to say that my original checks were received but then hidden away in a drawer at the cathedral location. They then tried to cash the old canceled checks, in essence trying to steal money from me after I had already re-issued new checks that were confirmed as deposited. I told them NOT to cash the found checks because they had been canceled. They did anyway and then charged me the bounced check fee. They are horrible about money and payment. The owner is a straight up b!tch. KEEP YOUR BABIES AWAY. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

My son reported to me that he was hit and yelled at by his teacher. The Director and staff told me they reviewed the cameras in the center and did not see any abuse happening involving my son and teacher. Later that day I then asked to see the footage myself incase they missed something and so I could feel comfortable and they told me there is NO footage because their cameras have not been working since 2019. The owner Amy told the staff to let her “Tire herself out” because I was livid at this point. There is a full on investigation with Child Protective Services. After being lied to about footage that they claim they watched, and then admitted there isn’t any footage due to broken cameras, the center is definitely hiding a lot. My son is terrified to go to any day care now and complains of his back hurting due to his teacher hitting him. Please listen to your children and I do not recommend sending your child anywhere abuse is obviously allowed.

Very cozy, cute space and director, Noelle, and teachers are all so sweet. They love the kids as their own. My husband and I were originally hoping to find an in-home daycare but this center has small classes and great teachers. Our son has been there for over a year now. He loves it and so do we.

My experience with this child care center has been at the bare minimum horrible. The first week my son started, they told me b/c I am covered through CCIS, I would have an addition $30 dollars on top of my co-pay as a weekly payment. I didn't mind b/c I felt it may be worth it. Liz told me my total came to $118 dollars for a registration fee and his weekly payment. So, $88 dollars was his weekly payment, & an extra $30 for registration. I paid. Thereafter, I paid $88 at the beginning of each week. His fourth week there, I paid my $88 dollars, & the next day I got a call from Amelia (so called CEO). She tells me that my son's services have been terminated, b/c of a past due balance of $88 dollars for a security deposit. According to her, the first week my son attended, I paid for a registration fee, and a security deposit, but I never paid for his first week's services. I said, "No one ever mentioned this to me." I was under the assumption that when Liz told me that my balance was $118 for the first week, that was for his week of services and his registration fee. She says, "Unfotunately, Mam, that's not my problem. You signed the contract, & that's what it states in the contract." I was willing to pay that day, if she was respectful, and willing to listen. She cut me off a dozen times, & she talked to me in a very condescending tone. If this is how you operate as a CEO, I can only imagine who else you have working there behind the desk. The real problem I had with this is that they did not tell me in advance, & she waited until Thursday to tell me he's basically being kicked out of the daycare, & I paid for a full week. That money I'll never get back, and now I have to go on another daycare hunt. I have to work. This is not only taking money out of my child's mouth, but out of our shelter. I have to provide for us as a single mom. I cannot afford to take off. If there was a problem, she could have done all this calling to notify me in advanced, but you chose the day after I pay to kick him out????!!!! I felt that maybe it had something to do with the fact that I checked the box of my ehnicity, which is black, when I filled out the contract. I thought to myself afterwards, "Why does it matter?" But, I guess I finally found out. The way Amelia was talking to me, she is definitely a racist.
