I am giving Lenscrafters in Jenkintown 5 ? stars due to the attention that I received from Cezanne to please me with my eye prescription. Both she and Antonio made me feel I was in good hands. They were both very pleasant to deal with, as well as the staff in general. They also have a wide variety of frames to choose from. A very nice store. I also dealt with Tracy who was pleasant as well. This is the type of business and people who will make a company successful.

They are very pleasant and helpful with their customers not to mention caring for the elderly and underprivileged individuals who needs help and eye care. I went the other day because my arm had broken off my glasses and the tech tried tirelessly to fix it when I was told when I got them that if they break they may not be able to be fixed but I picked those anyway and broke them but when I returned three months later with them broken there was no sarcasm or unprofessional gesture or words to criticize me for my error and I was told I could get more without a hassle. ❤️100% dedication

This was my first time coming here and I had a great experience. Soon as I walked in I was greeted and directed to where I needed to go. The tech assistants were so kind and Dr. Brewer was awesome, very professional, explained everything well and answered all of my questions. Also the tech that helped me pick out my glasses was very nice and helpful and she was helpful with all the questions I had regarding my lenses. I would definitely recommend anyone to this office if you are in need of eye care.

The staff, especially Emily, was super friendly and very helpful! I felt welcomed and like they really cared that I found the right pair of glasses to fit my needs and style. I have a hard time choosing so that was a big “plus” for me. Definitely would recommend!
