The worst " professionals" I have ever had the nightmare of dealing with. I just had to pick up shoes for my father that we were told 3 to 6 weeks on. It's now been 5 months the first visit my father and my uncle took him up my mother had just passed away his wife of 40 years and he left in tears because the older woman in the office behind the glass was immediately rude and yelled at him. My father is 83 years old when he's used to his wife filling out everything this was his 1st appt without her. He didn't have the answers she wanted fast enough. I called up there to spoke to a younger girl Devon. I explained what had happened and she herself said she had to come up and calm the situation down. The younger woman was more professional then the older woman. So he was fitted for a mold. We were told 3 to 6 weeks. My father feet were rapped for ulcers so we didn't push it. But I called up one day inquiring about the shoes and the patty I believe is her name. Had no answers. So that wenseday I receive a call back. That they haven't even began manufacturing of the shoes. They spend 3 month calling his drs office once a week. But never notified the family that more action was needed until i inquire about the shoes. They need notes from his primary I get the notes I spend 2 months getting the notes to there exact liking. Its there policy after 3 calls wuth no response from the dr
they are to contact us they never did. At this point me and my fiancé are going through the higher up in the company are involved now expediting these shoes. It's now august 8th we call cause it's been 2 weeks since I had to take him to his doctor for all they need. What do you know the rude woman at the counter says there ready to be picked up. She was just gonna call us. So me and my fiancé go pick up the shoes my father wants nothing to so with this company he's not gonna continue to go out in basically slippers on a wet rainy day. So we pick them up. When my fiancé asks for the date that the shoes were ready the woman at the desk immediately raises her voice and it's alot of I don't know. Push the buck on someone else. I say see she already raising her voice cause she doesn't know how to deal with customer service. No one has any answers at the offices. Even the guy who may have been a doctor Steve. Every question we ask he doesn't know. We're told to take it up with bill. Ok we will. That woman has no buisness being in a medical setting not knowing how to deal with people. The fact that nothing would have happened if we didn't contact the company and my father's feet would have gotten worse if we weren't constantly pushing for answer on these shoes is ridiculous. I was warned to go someone else. Had I listen would've saved me a headache. These people at the frankford ave and rhawn office do not care about you. From 5 months ago to today they proved it.what a nightmare it's been and there neglect to there patients is just unreal. Please do not go to this office unless your willing to deal with a huge headache. A rude woman. And just the run around for 5 month Just find a different place. If I could give no stars I would.

Been waiting since October to receive a pair of diabetic shoes that were ordered for me, they were supposed to be ready in two weeks it's now been two months and I still haven't received them.

I visited my father's office today. It is the most state-of-art facility I have ever seen! I stopped in and I felt the love and joy of how patient's were treated. I am proud to be a Lawall.

All the members and doctors are super nice and patient, my daughter felt very comfortable with the attention there, I had to drive 6 hours but it was worth it!!!

The Doctor Mike was rude to me, he kicked me out of the corridor with my 7 month baby in the stroller. I have no desire to go there with my child anymore.

I am thankful for the attention to my care by this team - from Rick to each office representative. They communicated well, responded to each of my questions, handled billing my insurance, and delivered a quality orthotic faster than I thought possible.

I have Muscular Dystrophy CMT, I needed leg braces made, August of 2022 they took much longer than told me for date my braces would be in. I finally got them in August last year after being ordered in Beginning of June. My complaint is My metal brace broke (the actual metal that comes from the orthodox shoe, up to below my knee, i have one for each leg, it's not even been 7 months and the metal just snapped off near bottom of shoe, what kind metal just bust like that?

I really wish that I would have read the eeviews before being casted for a UCBL on November 8, 2022.I have called 3 times this week and have yet to receive a return phone call. The orthotic is paid in full as of last month. When casted I was told it would be 5 weeks. It is ow going on 8 weeks and have yet to get any updates as to the status of my orthotic. Absolutely do not recommend due to this company's lack of customer service.I am editing my previous review of 1 syat as Ann Lawall has worked all afternoon on getting a resolution to my issue. Thank you so much
