I had a great experience here and it was honestly all due to Alex.
He was very nice and helpful even when we had a specific issue regarding a pickup order. He went above and beyond to solve the issue and made sure we left the store happy and with what we came for.
It's employees like Alex that will keep me coming back to GameStop in the future. As a business owner myself I know that employees like Alex are hard to find nowadays and I hope the company recognizes what they have and gives him the recognition and advancement opportunities he deserves.

1 star, would give 0 stars if possible. I purchased a steam card, and when I got home it didn't work. I thought it wasn't activated so I contacted GameStop and they told me to contact steam support, I did contact them, and steam support told me the card was not activated, and I had to go back to the store. When I went back to the store the cashier told me that the card was activated, and steam would have to honor the purchase, I contacted steam once more and they confirmed again that the card wasn't activated. Then I contacted GameStop corporate and what they told me was that the card was activated when I purchased it, but it was deactivated 4 minutes later. So I'm guessing an employee there did that on purpose or something.

If you have GameStop points you have to be very careful at this location. They will offer you a free warranty but in reality they are just using up your GameStop points to get it. They do this because they get a bonus based on the number of warranties they sell. My coworker experienced this but with a twist they just used up his points without telling him and he noticed on the receipt he got a warranty he didn't ask for. Not every employee at this location is a scumbag but unfortunately half of them are. So if you have to buy something at this location just pay attention to what they are doing.

Calling all week nobody picks up I go to store the store manager name Brooke was so rude I was told I can't purchase a Xbox with out a warranty these place is terrible they never answer the phone they never open on time and she reek of alcohol as well the whole staff needs to be fired

So Friday 12-15-23 I went to purchase a PS5,The cashier(Terell)stated that I had to purchase a warranty with the game.He stated that this was the store's policy,I called corporate,they stated that this was false,so I go back to buy the system and then he wouldn't give me the $20 discount, saying that I had to buy a gamestop membership in store and I could order online for my discount This is fraud,and I am calling the Federal Trade Commission on Monday. I guess I have to goto Best Buy.I don't do business with dishonest companies or people.

Apart from the store not even being open on time I’m still waiting to get in the store horrible whoever is in management supposed to open at 10 am I been waiting hours
