I purchased the deal from Groupon for inside and outside of car cleaning. They charged extra for so called pandemic. I didn't see them do anything extra for the extra charge. It too them just about the entire day to finish. It was almost closing so I went to the shop because I did not hear from them. When I got there they were still working on my car! I took the car home with the seats still wet! The next day after the seats dried there were new stains on the seats. My car was cleaner when I brought it there. Review is late posting but true!

Fineline Auto did a great job with my car!! I purchased a Groupon for the interior detailing. I dropped off my car at 8:30 and was told it would be done between 3-5, but got a call at 11:30 saying it was done. When I picked it up my car looked great! It was so clean, it looked brand new. Bought in February 2021, have not been able to contact by phone, and messages left not returned. Coupon has now run out, and they only take cash, so I am giving no stars and have lost my $80 paid to Groupon for this useless service...

I would give them 0 stars if i could! I am never going back here. Dropped my car off at 9:30am and picked up at 5:15pm. They had it ALL day and when I arrived to pick it up they were still cleaning the car when I arrived. Upon further inspection the floor of the drivers seat was still dirty and could see the mud. There are marks from the cleaner they used all over the doors, frame, and seats as if they were not fully cleaned. There are now SCRATCHES on the inside of my passenger side door and the frame in between the passenger seat and back seat. I’m so frustrated with the work they did and would expect more from a company who “specializes in detailing”. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!Service: Auto detailing

I would not recommend. Complete waste of time and money. I would’ve been better off going to a regular car wash. They washed and vacuumed my car when I paid for a full detail exterior/interior. They even missed spots with the vacuum. Chipped a little paint on my hood as well. Staff continued to say the seats were shampooed while I was looking at dirt. This place was amazing. I got a Groupon which I’m sometimes hesitant about, but they did a great job. My car looks amazing. Got out coffee stains on my seat and floors that were years old. I dropped my car off at 9, and they were done by like 1. Highly recommend this place.
