Fairmount Bicycles was great to work with, and with such a great location, we came right off the bike path, on to Fairmount, and rode right up to the shop.. A very nice experience!

I rented a bike for a long weekend, and everything was great. Bike was in good repair, staff were super helpful and nice. My plans had me bringing it back on a Monday (when they're officially closed), and they were able to accommodate me. I'll definitely frequent them again

Didn't really like the way the lady greeted me when I came in with my bike.
After the bike was fixed a noticed a strange sound coming from the rear wheel, this was on a Friday when I used the bike next that Monday the sound was still there and a noticed my Tire wasn't all the way on the rim.
The shop is closed today so I tired doing it myself and got another flat.
A lot of wasted money this wknd.

Took my son's bike to get a tire replaced and chain oiled. They added an extra gear check/shift for me. Love the knowledge and communication. Great service!!

We were in town for Fall break and did a 2-hour rental to explore Fairmount Park. The bikes were great, helmets and locks were provided at no extra cost, and support from the staff was very helpful. The shop is conveniently located to get around the city without riding major roads. Definitely would use again!
P.S. Our kids loved their customized shop water bottles, which made a great souvenir!

Fairmount Bicycles is amazing. Thank goodness for bike shops. I was in Philadelphia for a project and had an amazing experience renting a bike from them for two weeks. Truly made my experience in the city different. Hurray for bicycles!

Pick-up and return process were super easy, and we had no issues with the bikes we rented. If I’m ever back in Philly and needing a bike, I’d definitely rent here again!

MY RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE!!! My tire blew, tragically, 10 minutes into an alleycat race. I knocked on the door knowing they were closed and two lovely employees helped me out after hours! They replaced my tire in record time and I went on to finish the race. Cannot recommend enough, will definitely be coming back! You made me believe in the kindness of humans and I know where I’ll be taking my bike from now on!! Btw we got DFL and wore it with a smile thanks to FAIRMOUNT BIKES

Have rented a road bike there 2 years in a row for a charity cycling event. Everything was great. They help me load the bike as well.
