I purchased a frigidaire fridge here in May 2024 and the first fridge they delivered the entire cord was cut so my delivery was pushed to the following week the new fridge arrived. Not 4 months later the fridge stopped being cold and since it’s been less than a year Frigidaire covers the warranty, the local company came out and insisted I had bought a used fridge because of the damage they found when going to repair. Although you don’t manufacture you do sell these fridges and if they are in the condition that was stated by the people who came out to fix it shouldn’t have been sold.

I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dominic’s Appliances. The first technician who came out said there was nothing wrong with our dishwasher but made inappropriate comments towards both me and my girlfriend. We had to make another appointment as the dishwasher continued not to work. The second technician informed us that the dishwasher was too old to be repaired with the tools he had on hand and said the first technician should have noticed this. He scheduled a follow-up visit for the following week.
On the day of the appointment, I received a text saying they couldn’t come due to their truck not working, which was surprising for a supposedly large appliance business. I rescheduled, and the last appointment was set for a Thursday. However, the day before, I received a call saying they were trying to deliver the dishwasher on Wednesday, even though they previously claimed my appointment was actually on Tuesday.
I asked them to call my partner’s phone and provided the number, but on the day of the scheduled drop-off, they claimed to have called her. When I checked, she had received no call or message. After I followed up, they immediately called her, making it clear they had lied about contacting her earlier.
I’ve been very patient with Dominic’s Appliances over the past few weeks, but the lack of professionalism and outright dishonesty was shocking. To make matters worse, I was laughed at when I tried to address the issue. Unfortunately, as a renter, I have no choice but to deal with this company. I hope they improve their customer service because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
if you are a woman and are thinking about using them I highly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid feeling uncomfortable and gaslit in your own home ✌️

We had been looking at all of the chain stores and figured out what stove we wanted - but wondered if there is someplace local and found Dominic's. Not only did they have a great sales price, but they had the stove we wanted in stock and delivered 2 days later. Sales staff was super helpful. The delivery guys called before they came, were a little early, and were super professional. They measured our house, were incredibly strong, and figured out how to get our oven through a tight turn. Absolutely recommend Dominic's!

Fast, communicative, and easy with options galore. Loved purchasing a washer/dryer set from here years ago and just returned for a fridge. The guys on the phone couldn't have been nicer. Love this store.

Sad I have to give a 2 star review as I'm from the city and had used Dominic's for service in the past at their old location and it was great 5 stars! However...
I went to their new location recently for a refrigerator. I was nicely greeted and helped by a gentlemen who took down all my information and was ready to help me. I went on a Saturday, so the gentlemen told me he will take my name and address and the man assured me someone will be calling me on Monday, Late Monday afternoon came and I decided to call them as no one ever Reached out, a different man answered the phone and told me he did not have my information and no one ever wrote and scheduling information for me in their calendrers, so I assumed the man for Saturday never did what he promised he do. The other gentlemen I talked with on Monday reassured me that he can have someone come out Tuesday between 1 and 3, but again no one called me or came to my house, I had to leave early from work to be home in case but no one ever called me or came. I do not feel that is wright to do to people especially someone needing help and was a paying customer in the past.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a dishwasher from Dominics during their Memorial Day sale and while the experience was positive at first, it quickly went down hill. Here I am 3 weeks later with no dishwasher, no communication, no apology or accountability. When the service men came, I learned that I actually needed an open bottom dishwasher model. I was informed that the service man was going to call the store to let them know and that I would receive a phone call the following day with a few new dishwasher models to choose from. No one called.. I ended up having to call on Friday and spoke with someone who said they would look into it and call me back. No one called again.. So I called back the following Monday only to have an employee argue with me about what had happened. He accused me of not being proactive and calling even though I called twice after being informed that Dominics would call me. After that interaction, I went ahead and canceled my order. If you want to pay someone good money and then spend your time chasing down your order, this is the place! If you want efficient, friendly service and to receive your appliance, look elsewhere.

Excellent service. Every employee was nice, knowledgeable, answered questions, did things quickly and correctly. Good location and hours. Best prices after looking at several places. Glad they were able to help me get a washer through a 24” doorway. 100% recommended.

Loved supporting this local business to buy all new kitchen appliances! They had great, affordable prices and communicated well on delivery. They also stored my pieces free of charge for 3 weeks. Only downside was that their showroom didn't have many options, but their website was stocked.
Delivery was efficient and guys were cautious around tight corners. Thanks!

I had a washing machine break in my apartment and was able to get an affordable replacement installed in less than 48 hours. Can’t be that service
UPDATE: second time using them. They are still awesome and easy to work with. Would give ten stars if I could!

went to Dominic's to purchase a washer and dryer. They delivered both a few days later. Delivery Men followed my instructions to a T. I let them do their thing. I had a great experience, the care that they took with delivery was Great ! thank you so much

The team that delivered my washing machine showed up with an attitude and made comments as to how expensive the unit was. After the left, I tried to use it for the first time only to find out that the forgot to remove the shipping bracket, which caused the new unit to make loud noise and walk across the floor. They were quick to remedy the situation, but annoying nonetheless.
