Been coming here for two years now. Never a complaint. Everything comes back home perfectly clean. Owner is super friendly.(Update 5 years on: I still really like and enjoy this dry cleaner. Never had a problem in 7 years of weekly dropoffs. Had multiple small tailoring jobs done. )

New to the area, I brought some white shirts with a few normal food stains anche the stains where still there when I got them back. Asked if they could redo thele shirts if they thought they could do better, they agreed grudgingly. But when I picked them up not only the stains were still there, they also charged me again. I pointed out they had said nothing about charging again. They answered that times are tough. I agree on that, but for everybody and that does not justify this behavior. Well, they lost a client.

Over priced and under delivered. I gave them a try, because their location is close to me. Shirts came back with new stains and they will tell you that they won’t rewash it and it’s not their problem. Simply avoid this place. Or don’t. I can’t tell you what to do.

When I went to pick up my chef coats yesterday the lady informed me that it would be $18.75/per coat. This price is outrageous. I've never paid over $10/per coat. When I tried speaking to her about it, she laughed in my face. Extremely frustrating, and a total rip off!

I dropped off my brand new pants to be hemmed here, pants that I have never worn outside of the dressing room of the store where I bought them. Clean pants without a single mark on them. When I picked them up there was a blue ink pen check mark on the back side of the pants underneath the back pocket. I asked the lady about the blue ink check mark and she told me that she's "been doing this 27 years and never made a mistake." That's just certainly not possible. I tried explaining that I understand mistakes happen but this place would not own up to the mistake.

Had the worst customer service here ever.. The woman was very rude when she measured my skirt and dress then told me it was too much work for her to do. I said that they didnt have to be done by a certain date and that i was willing to wait and then was told she was far too busy for this type of work. She would only take the work on if i had the clothes dry cleaned also, which they didnt need as they were new. I left without giving this lady my business. She seemed mad that i had even spolied her watching a movie on her phone......

Bad service, clothes were not ready on time. I was told on the phone that a suit would be ready next day, then in person was told it would be ready by Friday (4 days). Friday afternoon the suit was not ready. The woman told me to come back at 5pm, which I did. The suit was still not ready and I was told Saturday. Will never go here again.
