I had the displeasure of entering this store on 9/4/24. I went in to renew my membership and order a cake. There was nobody at the door to greet in the usual way they do at BJs, ok I understand many places are short staffed. The person in the bakery department was cold and "robotic" as my daughter termed it. When I went to the customer service counter to renew my membership the person at the counter did not say hello, did not smile, just blurted out demands "membership card and id" and whatever options needed to be entered on the screen onmy side. In the midst of my transaction another employee in a teflective vest (from what I could see from my peripheral vision) came up and without saying excuse me or anything of the sort started inquiring about his missing wallet, the customer service rep completely disregarded the fact that she was mid transaction/interaction with me and focused all of her attention on the employee with the missing wallet telling him she hadn't seen it and nobody had turned it in only to finally turn around and pull it from the cabinet and hand it to him after wasting several minutes of my time as well as his. Upon leaving the store I had my receipt out and ready, the receipt checker at the door looked at my receipt and then pointed at my 16 year old daughter and in a very pervy way said "is this receipt for her?" To which I responded "it's for the chicken I purchased but my daughter is carrying it" and again he smiled and said "No, I mean is this for her" the entire interaction was skeevy, pervy and gross and my daughter was left feeling very uncomfortable. I encountered several employees in this club location, not a single one said "can I help you" or offered so much as a smile. This place seemed like absolute misery

Don’t recommend. The store is never up kept. The bathrooms are always dirty with nasty toilets. There is always urine on the floor. It’s disgusting just like the managers ugly attitude. She needs a reevaluation or a new position.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago since my boyfriend and I were in the area and we had a pretty decent experience. We were able to find the things we needed pretty quickly which was good. Will be back again in the future.

Customer service transferred me around without acknowledging the problem I had, they had a bad tone, then hung up on me while I was talking. Would have taken 30 sec to actually help me but nobody wanted to even listen

Do not order for delivery from here. I ordered a single thing, paid a $15.00 + tip, and it was marked delivered but I never received it. I called customer service at the store and corporate and no one can help me.

Turn me away after waiting 15 minutes In line the staff and the manager both bad services telling me to come back because they don't got enough staff in hand I will cancel my membership and never come back to this place or location BAD SERVICE ??????????

Ordering ahead certainly helps. I place my order the night before it's ready for pickup and it makes it quick and easy. They've worked out a lot of the kinks. The only issue is that you may need to bring a cart to pick up your stuff, and they are not always available.

What a bad service from front deskI ask my husband to return the nido we buy a month ago but the front desk say that membership is my membership not my husbandSo we need 2 membership for a family?Is totaly insane till i need come to the store spend my money for 2 times uber and the return money come to credit at membership cardIs not recommend storeWe need pay for shopping on this storeMembership finished on March and no more renewelThanks for the customer service

Worst chicken I’ve ever seen and left out too long and it’s midday…how is that possible.Salad was rotten…which means they aren’t selling or restocking correctly.The salad was slimy.

They sell bad meats for sure. I purchased their beef twice and both times I had to toss out. Never again will I purchase meat again from them on 24th Oregon ave .
