We had the best experience at Bario Neal; I cannot say enough good things about them. We worked with both Taylor and Keke on my engagement ring and my wedding band respectively. They both had such a wealth of information to share and helped us with every step of the process to make sure I got exactly the rings I wanted. They were really personable and also made the process fun and stress free. I would highly recommend Bario Neal to anyone!

We went here for wedding bands because it is where we purchased the engagement ring. The service was just ok then and this time it was worse. The salesperson was inexperienced and seemed to know very little about the jewelry in general. The rings sold themselves but I was disappointed again.

My fiance and I met with Naomi for a custom cluster ring design with a family heirloom stone for an engagement ring. Not knowing what to expect at all, we were walked through the whole process in a warm and inviting manner that felt casual and relaxed like we were just chatting with a friend. We were blown away by the creativity and ability of Naomi to come up with some designs on the spot and incorporate our feedback and contributions even though we had no idea what terms to use - it really speaks to the artistry and relatability of this company. We also loved the foundational aspects of Bario Neal - woman-owned, ethical sourcing, and commitment to sustainability. We are so thrilled to be designing an engagement ring with them and will be so proud to show not only the incredible and stunning design but also to brag on such a cool jeweler!

My partner and I had did a quick walk-in visit at Bario Neal before and everyone there was super helpful and welcoming and we knew we wanted to come back. We made an appointment this time around and had an amazing experience with Naomi and the other staff. They guided us as we tried to figure out which engagement rings were perfect for both my partner and I. Walking into this appointment we had no clue what style of rings we wanted and felt so uneducated. We left feeling so excited and felt all of our questions were answered and we both found the perfect ring. On top of that they complied all of the information and specifications we each wanted so when we are ready to move forward, all of the information is there. Cannot praise the staff and beautiful jewelry at Bario Neal enough!

Taylor was wonderful to work with on creating a custom necklace from an existing Bario Neal design. They listened to my ideas on metal and stone choices, provided some welcome input and answers to my questions, and then quickly put together a mockup that was exactly what I wanted. The process was easy and took less than a hour. The timeline for production and price for the necklace were very reasonable. I am very glad I chose to go to Bario Neal, and got to work with Taylor.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience shopping for engagement rings at Bario Neal! We were drawn to Bario Neal because we appreciated their commitments to traceability, sustainability, and equality. Taylor worked with us--spending great time and care to take us through the collection, answer questions, and keep notes for when we were ready to buy. The ring turned out even more beautiful once we ordered it and picked it up! I do wish that the in-store collection had more inclusive sizing--at least for each style of ring.

Got our custom wedding band done here and could not be happier with the results and the service that Taylor provided. We had an engagement ring already but wanted a wedding band that used diamonds from my wife's grandmother's ring. Bario Neal designed and created an absolutely beautiful and custom wedding band that perfectly nests around the engagement ring. Taylor took time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted, was constantly in communication with us, and made sure it was done in time for our wedding and treated us so well. She was amazing and the quality of the work is fantastic. THANK YOU.

I am so happy that I got my wedding ring from Bario Neal. Getting an ethically made ring was important to me and they have such a beautiful selection and excellent craftsmanship. I worked with Naomi both times that I was visiting Philly from out of town - the first time to view their options and the second time to decide on a final option. Naomi and Taylor helped me with getting a slight custom change made for my ring, and Taylor was flexible with arranging my pickup for a time that was convenient for me. I would highly recommend getting any jewelry from Bario Neal!
