The rooms and location are really excellent. I have no complaints there at all. The staff is really friendly, and Wister (at the front desk) went above and beyond in helping out with all our questions, bringing up our food order, looking up nearby spas.
My issue is that, for the price of their two bedroom suites (I can get an all-inclusive stay at a hotel in the Maldives for this price), they don't provide cleaning service on a daily basis. Seems a shame that they can't amend this policy. In addition, their check out time is really early (11am), and they will charge for anything an hour over the check out time.
Again, let me mention that Wister was fantastic, and made this stay a little more pleasant for us.
Rooms: Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable

We stayed here with a family of 4 and really enjoyed our time here. We opted for a 2-bedroom suites, and we were even upgraded to a newer suite with a grand dining area/table. We could have had a dinner party for 12! Our unit also had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils, as well as a washer and dryer. We loved the location and were in the middle of the action right when we stepped out the door. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Perfect location and the hospitality and service were top class. In particular, Wister provided us with concierge level care. He truly cared about making our experience unforgettable. There are many alternatives to AKA Rittenhouse in this area, however, Wister is the reason we will return.

One of the best hotels ? that I ever stayed at. Right next to Rittenhouse Square, this AKA hotel has mouthwatering meals, large and comfortable rooms for relatively cheap prices, a nice gym, and even a ‘cinema’ where you can watch streaming movies with reclining theater-style seats ?. All in all, the AKA Rittenhouse is simply an unforgettable experience that you’ll constantly want to cherish.
Nearby activities: Rittenhouse Square is right next door.

I really loved the location. There were a couple little disappointments during the stay and one HUGE disappointment with my 1st room, but that was changed and things were better. Some of the service I got was above amazing while some felt subpar. I still enjoyed my stay especially the area.

Great location. However, the interior of the rooms were very poorly maintained and the indoor air quality was extremely dusty, moldy, and otherwise poor. The housekeeping did not acknowledge any of this. I had to vacuum the place day 1; but have a cough, sinus and allergies. Never again.

We stayed here March 1-3, 2024 and had a fantastic experience. We checked into Penthouse 2 and it was clean and so spacious! Juliet checked us in and was amazing. She was so welcoming and answered any questions we had. I train folks that work in hospitality/hotels for a living and I was so impressed with Juliet's service and positive attitude!
The suite was clean! I even moved the couch to get to a socket and it was clean underneath. Our bathroom was a wonderful size. I think some of the others might be small so I would def suggest going for the penthouse. It was fantastic to have a full fridge and kitchen and the hotel is in an easy to navigate and explore part of Philly.
Even when we ordered food, the front desk brought it up to us. They even left chocolates and a hand written card for my husband since we were visiting to celebrate his birthday.
I almost don't want people to know how great this place is so we never have to risk them being booked. Lol!
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
I can't wait to check out more of this brand in other places.

This is an excellent hotel. Staff is helpful, kind, and professional. The suites are extremely clean, spacious, and modern. This is easily one of the best hotel stays I have ever had on the East Coast.

A decent stay but far from spectacular. No parking and the house cleaning only complementary if you stay 7 days?? The room wasn't very clean in the first place. Very odd.

Excellent lodging, excellent location, close parking and an amazing restaurant and bar know to many in Philly. Rooms were comfortable, modernly appointed and excellent amenities. Highly recommend AKA Rittenhouse Square for you next visit to Philadelphia.

We stayed over Christmas and we're incredibly impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The hotel location was fantastic - you could walk to the Franklin Institute or Liberty Bell or Reading Terminal. It is definitely worth paying a bit extra for the newly renovated rooms.
