Returned a gift item that did not fit. Limited selection coupled with poor return policy (only store credit) and an unwillingness to special order makes it very difficult to shop here.

This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.

This is an amazing shop, they stock stunning products of a very high quality. My wife loves her Dubarry boots I got her for Christmas. The staff are brilliant especially Kellie, she made my purchase a pure pleasure. Thank you ladies, I'll definitely be returning soon.....

Shop is beautiful and the staff was very helpful! Bought a coat here for my wife and they helped me determine the size for her. Got home and it fit her perfectly!

The first time I ever entered this store I felt like I was walking into a gorgeous cabin set in a beautiful wooded landscape. It looks and smells amazing. I was greeted by the owner who is equally charming and genuine and warm! My favorite purchases have been a fleece, my coat, slippers, candles, bath products, mixers, and books. It’s an experience that won’t disappoint! ?

This place is awesome, they have a great selection of outdoor lifestyle clothing that is hard to find at other retailers. A good amount of it is American Made and you can tell that it was all selected with a careful eye for quality and performance. I really like checking this place out when I'm in the area.
