This is the best yoga studio I've ever been to! The beginner aerial yoga class with Rochelle was fantastic, she was so nice and helpful, and even let me stay after class to help me do poses that would look good in pictures! The studio is gorgeous, and has some of the nicest gym showers I've ever seen. Highly recommend!

Love the studio helpful staff they go out of your way to have a pleasant experience. Love taking yoga here and recommend it to everyone in the area . I try and take 2 classes a week .

Took my first aerial yoga class here and had a blast!! Bob was a fantastic instructor and he even got us all roses for Valentine’s Day ?
