I highly recommend Ike’s Automotive! It’s difficult to find a good mechanic that won’t rip you off like most chain companies. Not only is Ike extremely professional but he is also very trustworthy. He explained what needed to be done but then recommended his best judgement to see what needs immediate attention verses what can wait. He took the time to get back to me with prices of parts that he had to order from different sellers to make sure I was getting the best deal. I took my car in for a tune up. I had to go back because the plug wasn't tightened. I was charged again even though it was their mistake. 6 months later I am still having the same issue with my car. I took it elsewhere and was told one of the plugs was never replaced. I am very disappointed in the service and feel I was treated very dishonestly. I would never go back and would never recommend anyone else to use this service.
