I just want to take a minute and thank Denise, the Manager in Charge the other night. I called into the store after shortly leaving it to see if my debit card was possibly dropped. Unfortunately, due to the activity in the store I was placed on hold. After a few minutes I hung up and called back and she apologized profusely, explaining the activity at the counter on my first call. She clearly stated that I was her top priority and searched for my card to no avail. I was happily called her back a half hour later after finding it in my purses. She thanked me for calling back as she had continued to look for it. She was extremely professional and demonstrated care for the customer. Thanks Denise!

I visit this acme during my visits to YMCA in Upper main line. There's plenty of parking and shared with other shops the shop is well lit even in night times and decently crowded. They do have a nice selection of vegetables come out fruits for which I shop in this location. They do have quick grab hot food available for takeout. The store is maintained well, and the restrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The checkout counters are always easy to navigate. Overall, this is a nice place to shop if you are in the area.

1. Poor coordination of item pricing from shelf pricing labels to the checkout computer. The shelf prices are frequently not in synch with the checkout computer.2. Poor Customer Service: They act like they can't bothered to help resolve the pricing errors in the Acme system. Their initial reaction to any request is to try to make the customer feel stupid as if the customer is the problem.How Rude!!!The latest for example; the weekly ad of 11/24 lists Russel Stover chocolates with an original cost of $11.99 on sale at 50% off. The shelf price is correctly marked at $5.99, yet my mother in law was charged the original $11.99 price for the 7 holiday boxes she bought thinking she was getting the holiday bargain as advertised.It's bad enough that we got overcharged, but to have an employee treat us poorly when we ask for help is unacceptable.
