Friendly. Unfortunately there was a long wait because of a serious health problem for a patient who was sick. This is excusable. I would like this kind of attention with my pet.

The new vet here, Dr. Stover, was top notch--very kind, explained everything, and dealt with dear Imogene's <ahem> problematic rear-end glands with grace and humor. And the whole place seems more energetic and engaged. Yeeha!

Was able to get us in quickly after our cat had an emergency visit for a urinary blockage. The veterinarian had a wonderful bedside manner and helpful and informative. Thank you!

Have gone here twice for emergency visits. Both times my pets received excellent care. The most recent was with an elderly 15 yr old cat with an eye injury. She received the best care and was able to keep her eye due to the care she received. Would recommend this vet 110%.

Dr Salli and Dr Stover are very knowledgeable and very thorough in their exams. They will give you all the information that you need to know in a way that you can understand. I had a dog that had been dealing with seizures for many years of her life and Dr Salli was able to get her condition under control. When my dog’s was worsening, Dr Salli did all that he could to treat her and make her comfortable. Dr Salli and all the staff treated us with compassion and helped us to say goodbye in a very loving and peaceful way. I appreciate how the staff truly cares about their clients, human and pet.

Staff is friendly, but the place does not quite measure up in cleanliness. It is not really dirty, but it also isn't really clean. The doctor tells me things no other vet has said to me. Like kibble is awful, soft prepared foods like the Farmer's Dog are better, but your own home prepared are best. Even better than that, though, is raw meat. I have never had a vet tell me that!

So disappointed in this practice. Despite having spent thousands of dollars at this clinic, the practice turned my cat away this morning despite having an aural hematoma where time is of the essence to prevent tissue damage to the ear. I was told I would have to wait until Monday. Will be looking for another veterinary practice. I do not recommend.

***DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!***My 6 month old golden retriever puppy has been having diarrhea for the past couple of days. We brought him here and was treated rudely by the vet. Dr Salli first told us that he was “extremely overweight”, and then proceeded to yell at my dog to “stop barking when he’s talking” and told us that “we needed to train him to not bark at people when they’re talking”. Then he randomly started clipping his nails and gave him treats, but yet made the comments that he is overweight. Then gave him a shot, not ADDRESSING WHY HE WAS GIVING HIM THE SHOT AND OR EXPLAINING WHY MY DOG WAS SICK!! He said he was MORE CONCERNED about his WEIGHT than the diarrhea!!! Then he gave him the shot and my puppy YELP in pain and still not addressing why my dog was sick. The vet bill was charged an obsorbunt amount of money and was be rated and belittled that I was not even doing to my dog; ex.) Dentist sticks, raw hyde chews, etc. he was very accusatory when talking to us. We will NEVER bring our puppy back here and i hope NOBODY else brings their animals here too!!

It takes a special person to care for our fur babies, and Dr. Salli as well as every member of his team has what it takes. The level of compassion he and his team showed my 17 year old kitty Oscar during his cancer battle was nothing short of perfect. When it came time to euthanize him, Dr. Salli and his team couldn’t have been more professional and caring not only toward Oscar, but also to me. They made a very difficult situation a little more bearable, and you can’t put a price on that. I would drive 500 miles to have Dr. Salli care for my animals. A heartfelt “Thank you” to Dr. Salli and his team for doing what you do with the upmost love and care!
