Regular mail that I send through this post office arrives, but gifts and gift cards seems to disappear. I know they are on route because i receive the emails showing what is on the way, but they disappear despite Amazon telling me they were delivered.

Really sad how this worker at the post office today White woman short dark hair did not get her name tag but as soon I got there with ups boxes she stared rolling her eyes n then she exclaimed saying uh I don't know why we accept or who decided to allow this , this is a pain like honesty you don't like your job I think Walmart is a fit for you just stand and look at receipt s I just decided to just walk out because Is better but I would love to go back with ten boxes of ups and that is her there Lol again and just smile next time n say have a great box day one star for just that date

I had $160.00 charged to my bank card I did not the charg was not mineWhen my bank investigated they found that the package was delivered. The post office had informed me that a package was picked up AT the office. I was given the information date time and tracking numberPost office did NOT ask for ID from this personBecause of their incompetence I will NOT be reimbursed my money $160.00I believe they should ID when a package is pick up

The Palmerton P.O. IS a professional atmosphere where people can go in and send out mail with tracking for assurance their package will arrive. It is only on average between $0.10-$2 to jump up from 1ST Class to Priority Mail (depending on weight and distance) and it includes the tracking information to rest easy knowing when it is delivered.The counter associates are friendly, professional and they DO seem to know everyone. The two female clerks inside the building make it their business to know their job, the postage rates and services. Palmerton PO also has at least one new staff as well to beef up mail services. They ARE helpful and it is only the customers' candor that warrants the responses they receive.The mail delivery can be faster, but think about how there is limited staff, increased quantity (anywhere this would pose to be a challenge) and people taking off for personal illness things will slow down.Since the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, I have yet to have to call down there and say I am missing anything (whether a letter, package etc) and I am happy to claim since living here in early 2016, NOBODY has ever tampered with my mail.Also, the individual that cleans the post office lobby areas is always doing an excellent job keeping the place CLEAN AND SAFE! You can clearly tell she is generous with the cleaning service/products!Keep up the great work and thank you for the service!

This is the worst office I've ever been to They don't know deliver mail when they are supposed to They bring mail the next day two days out this week they didn't deliver the mail They don't pick up mail from mailbox ether I would not even give them a star but I have to to make a comment

I've never had a problem with my delivery and I get my share of Amazon packages. The people working behind the counter have always been helpful & professional. They seem to know everyone & the line moves quickly.

I complained several months ago about the male mail carrier on my route and nothing has changed. He consistently delivers other peoples mail to my address and my mail to other peoples address that are not even on the same street. He drives by without stopping when the mailbox flag is up and I often see him parked talking to customers on the route which explains while other carriers deliver the mail around 10:30 -12:30 or so I sometimes get mail when he is working as late as 6pm. This guy needs a supervisor to ride with him and monitor his work ethic. I would not even give him 1 star but I had no option in posting this.
