Just went to mail a box for the first time there. I had a six day window for it to get there. I asked to mail it UPS, but she rang it up FedEx. Called the Kennett UPS location once I got home, they told me I was overcharged for what I needed.

Very convient way to ship packages, very friendly staff , quick easy efficient. I have also had labels printed and items packaged for me at this location . I will continue to use them for all my shipping needs . Thank you

I will NEVER go to this Pack and Ship again. I ship items to my daughter at Penn State all the time. It's always arrives the next day via UPS ground and costs about $18 to $20. My younger daughter just ran over there to ship a small box of cookies to the same address and they charged her $95! I called and they said it was because she said she wanted it there overnight. If UPS ground is guaranteed overnight, why would you charge her 5x the price for some other service! Why?!!?!?!? I am outraged! I got a snarky remark from the lady when I called, even though it was her that made the mistake! I will never do business with any of Alger business again. EVER! CON ARTISTS!
