We agreed to initiate a project but my contact person disappeared. I followed up at least 3 times via e-mail and phone during the following month, however my messages were never returned. Very disappointed my time was wasted.

My family has used Benbow for decades. They do wonderful work. And I am thrilled to have furniture that has been in my family for generations thanks to them.

Tom did a wonderful job refinishing our French Provincial chairs and table. His prices are very reasonable and he is very dependable. I enthusiastically recommend him for furniture refinishing.
