“I bought a 2016 CX-5 GT from these folks and they were fantastic. No-hassle test drive as soon as I got there, just had the keys in the vehicle waiting for me. They had even run the air conditioner to make sure the car wasn't a million degrees when I got in. Car was clean, inspected, and they had put new tires on it as well. When I finally decided to buy it, they took a few bucks off the top just because I wasn't trading anything in. We just had a kid, and he said "Go get some more diapers with it!"
When I took the car home, I noticed there was a vibration in the steering. Turns out three of the four new tires had manufacturing defects that my local Mazda shop discovered. Klingerman Bros went out of their way to contact their tire dealer and arranged for me to get the tires replaced through them. They even followed up asking if everything went ok to make sure I was taken care of.
No hassle, very fast responses throughout the whole experience, and very friendly. Reasonable pricing. Saw them interact with some other folks while I was there and they were great with them too.
