You can depend on them to not only steer you towards the right products for your pets, but to have them in stock as well. The staff is always friendly, but more importantly, they know what they are talking about. They have saved me from somewhat dangerous or very embarrassing situations in the past. “This Pet Supplies Plus store offers a large variety of products for dogs, cats, and other small household animals. For over ten years, I have occasionally shopped here for my cats. This store sells my cats’ favorite foods. The prices are slightly higher than what some other stores charge. I appreciate how this store accepts plastic pet-food bags for recycling.”
“First impression.... Fantastic. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff, small store with a lot in it. Small selection of Fish n Rodent (Guinea Pig). Stuff. Didn't venture into fowl or cat sections, toys, food, treats, hygiene and even special occasion treats for Dogs. Will return.”

“The team was super friendly, ready to lend a hand, and able to offer specific advice about an alternative food choice for our new puppy that was supported by facts and evidence. I felt a real sense of accomplishment among this team and will certainly be returning to this location.
I was hoping to have some tags made for our new family member, but the rage machine was now functioning that day. Good thing was we hadn’t settled on a name yet, so that wasn’t a total loss for us. I will go back and hopefully be able to provide Pet Supplies Plus Bridgeville my business when we are ready for tags.
The selections for dog puzzles and brain games were well looked over. I’m hoping that was because of a recent sale that had occurred and that inventory will be restocked for my next visit.
Overall, a great visit! Clean environment, kind staff, quick assistance (when needed, ie not hovering)
