Not thinking much of our postal service right now, today is Sept 17 2021 we received mail today that was sent out to us in April and May of 2021 that was 4 and 5 months ago , where was our mail and why was it not delivered on time ? Also got our neighbors mail in our box , what kind of people are working for our postal service ?

Amazon informed me today my delivery couldn't be made via USPS - the comment logged in by the carrier was my front door/driveway was not accessible. Driveway, walkway and porch is clear, as is my mailbox (since they were able to deliver 2 pieces of junk mail.) Do better than that, please.

I had a package delivered by mistake to my neighbor across the street. She is honest and informed me she had the package. I, in turn, called our post office to let them know. Lucky me, I got Mike on the phone who was very upbeat. Also, kind, professional and handled the situation perfectly. Kudos to Mike at our Northumberland Post Office.

When it comes to getting mail they are adequate, I've never had problems with mail not being delivered, and it come pretty much that same time everyday. However, I've had problems more than once with package delivery that I would think is commonplace at other post offices. I have been anticipating an important package, but ups didn't get it transferred to the post office before the mail had already gone out. I got tracking update saying it was scanned in by my local post office, and even though my driver license shows corresponding name, address and appearance they absolutely refused to let me pick it up. All she could say was I would have to wait until tomorrow, you'd think having less packages would be a good thing?
