Asked for an appointment to add myself to my elderly parents bank account. Was told to arrive sometime after 1pm the next day after my mothers dr apt. I brought my mom with a walker the next day and was told there was no openings... pathetic...

Legitimately the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I have ever had with a financial institution. I needed some documents to move forward with probate on my deceased grandfather's estate, so I made an appointment with a banker at this location. I took off work and arrived at my appointment on time, only to be informed that they had canceled it. I received no notification that they had canceled my appointment, but was reassured that it had been rescheduled for the following weekend. Snow was expected the day that the appointment had been rescheduled for, so the afternoon before the appointment I called to confirm that the appointment was still set. I was told that they switched the banker I was supposed to meet with, but was assured that the appointment was set up for the following morning still. So, yet again, I took off work and arrived at 9:00 a.m. for my scheduled appointment. It appears at some point they decided to not open the branch due to the snow, which no one called, texted, or emailed to notify me about. I understand inclement weather, although minor as it was, can cause a problem. I had literally spoken with the banker less than 20 hours before to make sure it wasn't going to be a problem. Not only did they cancel my appointment again, but I was not notified at all. I found out because I sat in the parking lot for a half hour waiting for someone to show up. A death in the family is hard enough to deal with, and this branch has done nothing but make the experience way more stressful. I've now missed work 2 days, and am two weeks behind on a time-sensitive manner due to this. My wife and I are also in the market to refinance our mortgage, and I no longer consider Wells Fargo an institution reliable enough to do any sort of business with, based solely on my experience with this branch. The only thing worse than the customer experience was their blatant disregard for my time.

Awful experience. We will divest our assets to PNC.1. 2 weeks for an appointment- online scheduling does not work.2. Show up, they scheduled for the following week. Error on their end.3. This is a time sensitive matter.Guess what, no one showed up or called to cancel. Given there is snow, I called yesterday to see if I should come in early due to weather and was assured it would be fine.I'm working with Wells Fargo due to a death in the family and the customer service I am receiving is atrocious.

Over a month has transpired since my wife attended a scheduled meeting with investments that resulted in no guidance or understanding in what she could expect to be the next steps for the process of her request. The courtesy of a phone call would have alleviated a lot of anxiety at year end when she was being asked to make decisions on her funds. Thank goodness the Wells Fargo corporation truly operates with courtesy to its customers. That’s not the same with Kurt Saeger.

James Davis took the time to get me a temporary debit card. He did not try to resecdual or give a line of b.s. Said it would not take long and would take care of it.This is a lot different than dealing with the Bath branch that is 2 minutes from my house. No follow through or comuction from Bath branch.Thank you James.

Last few times in here there is only one teller at the front. Whether it's 4:00 pm on a Friday or 2:00 pm on the day before a holiday there is one and only one teller. That's inexcusable! I was told their new tellers aren't out of training yet! I'll be searching for a new bank.

This bank does not know how to help customers ..I had requested for my account to be closed on November 6 2013 because it was compromised ..This branch ashore me it was closed ..it was not ..I have made several attempts to resolve it.. But as of now it is not resolved..
