I only really go to Newhard pharmacy for prescriptions. But as soon as I walk in the door I am greeted by name as well as when I go to pick up my prescriptions I don't even have to say my name they already know who I am and what I'm there for. They're customer service overall is great I've only ever had one or two bad experiences but you have to consider the fact that I've been coming here for over 10 years.

Newhards has been my pharmacy all my life. It’s a pleasure to have a neighborhood pharmacy that’s not a national chain. Their card and gift section is great for unique presents. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was trying to get compression stockings through my insurance company. Newhard called me and told me that it was "rejected for non coverage". I called the Insurance company and they told me no claim had been put in so they never spoke to Newhard. I called Newhard back and after 10 minutes and 5 misdirection's I got someone in the billing department. She gave me the same story. When I said that the Insurance company said that they had never turned a claim in she go loud and told me that I was trying to argue with her. I tried to get more information but she just kept loudly talking over me. I finally simply hung up since I wasn't going to put up with that abuse. I called my Insurance company again and the second girl looked and there was not only no claim but no preauthorization request either. I was told if they had asked for preauthorization that I would be covered 80%. These people have lost a customer and I then told the people that treat me not to send anyone else there as well.

They are very friendly and if you have any questions they are afraid to help you out or even try to find out for you. They also have a long-term care pharmacy as well. I also like that they have little clearance area with all kinds of different stuff.

Went here for Jobst compression socks because I didn't want to wait for delivery. The selection was poor and didn't have what I wanted so would have to order anyway. Lady from behind the medicine counter tried to help because it was late in the day and no one was available from the medical supplies area. She had me sign papers to "start the process". Someone from the supplies area did contact me to order the compression socks, but Newhard had issues with my out of state insurance. So I just ordered them from Amazon instead of the hassle. But then I get a bill from Newhard for a product I didn't receive. Called Newhard to let them know it was an error, but because I signed the paper, that means I did receive them. I asked them to check their inventory to see that I didn't receive them, they said they couldn't do that. I asked them to check their placed orders and they said they couldn't do that. I signed a paper and I have to pay. Will never go back here again. This is what I get for trying to support small business.

Great delivery. Thank you. Stackable bottles as well. well labeled
