The pharmacy here is not worth the struggle. After my doctor's office called and spoke with the pharmacy manager to understand the difficulties I was having, they advised me to just go to another pharmacy to avoid the headache.

I would not recommend this location at all. Their posted closing time on Google is 11pm, so I placed a Doordash order at 10pm and three different drivers went there before one of them messaged to tell me that the doors were locked, even though the hours posted on the door also said 11pm. They were locked an hour early, not on a holiday, no note, no visible reason why, just locked up an hour early. Very unprofessional. I don't understand how they even still had orders being accepted if no one was in the store to confirm.

I went to the drive thru to pick up my order, as requested. I was met with a terse "you'll have to come back later, we're closed for lunch." I said "it's not a prescription I'm trying to pick up," but the employee again said we're closed for lunch." I asked if I could come inside to pick up my order, but was then told "no, we can't give out prescriptions while our pharmacist is not here." I reiterated that I was not attempting to pick up a script, I needed covid tests (the whole reason I chose the drive thru). She then said "oh, well you'll have to come inside for that. THAT'S WHY I ASKED IF I COULD COME INSIDE. Please coach your employees on listening skills instead of just turning paying customers away with a flippantly rude, "We're closed."

My friends and his wife went in to gather their pictures for a very personal matter. When they went in, they were accosted by an extremely unprofessional employee. The attitude this employee gave was what some people may call egregious behavior. Do not recommend!!!

**CALL PHARMACY BEFORE YOUR VACCINE APPOINTMENT** You can schedule your 2023-2024 COVID vaccine at this pharmacy, but not guaranteed you will actually be able to receive it. I had a bad experience, drove 30 mins from my house (because not all pharmacies have the updated COVID vaccine) only to be called 15 mins before my appointment telling me the vaccine is not in-stock. Would have saved me and the pharmacist a lot of inconvenience had I know prior to traveling.

Huge thank you by a panicked bride. Had to print a last min welcome sign and the gentleman on the phone (I think his name was Steve) agreed to print it for me late at night 8pm even though he had other things to do and didn’t make me wait until the next morning (my shower) to pick it up.

Went in to have a passport photo taken. The sign outside the store advertises passport photos taken quickly and easily. The store was mostly empty and the lady told me she didn’t have time to take my photo. I said I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes and she still turned me away. She told me to come back later

This pharmacy is absolutely awful. I have been a customer for years. Today was the worse of any experience. I used express pay for an order and prescriptions. When I got to the drive-thru window an employee named Stephanie helped me. She was clueless and ended up voiding the order in error because she didn't know how to use the express pay code - the fourth time since I have been dealing with her. Although I paid for my entire order, they refused to give it to me, soI waited nearly an hour and had to call the district manager. This was the latest in a plethora of bad customer service experiences. The district manager was on a call and asked that I wait 30 minutes even though I had been waiting for nearly an hour to get my prescriptions that were prepaid. Avoid this Is Walgreens location at all costs. They are horrible. I could get better customer service in a morgue. And, avoid Stephanie. She is literally paid for nothing. She is as clueless as she is worthless. UPDATE: After speaking to Sean, the district manager, the prepaid order which included my prescriptions were brought out to my care - over an hour after I initially arrived at the pharmacy to pick up my prepaid order. After being assured my order was complete, I arrived home to find my prescription order was still incorrect. After nearly a decade of bad service, I transferred my account to another location. Absolutely embarrassing customer service.

You really need to hire nicer people for your Pharmacy. I called just now to ask if you guys still have a minute-clinic. The man who picked up was awful and rude and slammed the phone when we were done talking. Do better or get another job.

Finally getting my Moderna Vaccine shot, my first shot. Have to wait 28 days to get the 2nd shot. The staff here is very friendly and the Pharmacist Brian is super nice!!! He made me feel at ease and it was quick and painless. I’m not a fan of needles and he was so quick. Service was so great I’ll be back for sure for my 2nd shot!!
