This was our first time here and we are already looking forward to our next visit. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was very nice, and the service was stellar. Tina really went above and beyond. It was quite noisy, but that was the only thing a miss. All and all a five star experience and we can't wait to go back.

Liked the menu choices, not a large menu, but there was something for everyone. The garden salad was very nicely done with grilled peaches and pecans. Our meals of salmon and schnitzel were wonderful. Sorbet dessert was a combination of apricot and mango, which was delicious. Ambiance was great and service attentive. Very nice evening out!

Five friends came here to celebrate one of our birthdays. The food was wonderful. The setting always lovely. To complete the experience, we passed what looked like a meadow with many geese grazing and just a few feet away six or seven deer were frolicking. So cool.

The restaurant was extremely busy our server had us and a very large group in the private dining area so she was not readily visible once drink and dinner was ordered. While I'm sympathetic to the fact that she was very busy it's not really my problem. My pet peeve in fine dining is after your food arrives your server never stops by to ask if everything is okay, this was the case last night. Having said that the drinks food were as expected from this establishment very very good.

I took my parents for lunch on the beautiful outdoor patio. We each had the 3 course lunch menu option for $30 (app, main, dessert) and loved it! We had cheese steak egg rolls, cocktail shrimp, Ceaser salad, salmon, petite filets, lobster roll, crem brule and keylime cheese cake! It was absolutely delicious! Great service and wonderful atmosphere.

My new favorite spot! Celebrated my birthday! Everyone was kind and wonderful! We had the room to ourselves! The food was incredible! I had the crab cake and it was perfect! Kudos to the chef and the kitchen team! Our server was such a joy!!

We ended up eating on the patio last night since it was a bit loud inside. We've eaten there many times in the last 20 years. But last night was spectacular! The salmon was the best I ever had, as was the sea bass and risotto.

Seated promptly shortly after arrival. Secured a nice round table in a corner for our party of eight. All our meals were very good and our waitress Denise was outstanding. Will return soon to sit at the lovely bar for happy hour.

We preferred to have our dinner on the outdoor dining area. It was a perfect time of the evening and weather was perfect. The noise level was low and the view was beautiful. As my date and I were enjoying our meal a couple dear walked by and rested in view of our table about 50 yards away. A young man cleared our table and recommended a desert. We took his advice. I will return again and again on my dates. They always impress. Thank You for a pleasant evening. David M.

We ate outside for lunch and it was delightful! Julia was our server and very competent. The Salmon was delicious as was the shrimp cocktail and Apple Carmel with ice cream. We were not rushed and it was very relaxing. I have dined here many times and learned to request no extra salt. One person in the party had the filet mignon and commented it was cooked exactly to her liking except it could have used less salt. She obviously did not request less salt as I did. I think the chef should cut down on the salt as it is an older crowd. Love the pre fixed special, well worth it.

Love the Joseph Ambler especially the ambiance and service. The food was disappointing for some of us. The margarita pizza was dry and scallops measly. The two that got steaks loved them. We will be back.

We picked the prettiest evening to eat outside at Joseph Ambler Inn. Sat under the gorgeous Wisteria arbor on the large flagstone patio. The fans provided a gentle breeze and the lantern lighting was soft and romantic. The service was excellent and our dinner was delicious. We didn't want the night to end, so after desssert, we took a lovely walk around the grounds which are meticulously cared for. We can't wait to go back.

Chose outdoor seating for a wonderful evening. I enjoyed filet mignon done to perfection - Medium Rare, my wife had the chilean sea bass, which she enjoyed very much. Excellent dinner and Jackie, our waitress was attentive, but not intrusive. Great evening!

We had Saturday evening reservations and were disappointed that we were sat in a back room that had no ambiance. The menu was extremely limited, very disappointed. The waitstaff was friendly, however the menu and seating we were put at are enough to make us not return.

The perfect spot outside even on a very hot July day. The shade and the fans made it so worthwhile to be able to enjoy the beautiful gardens and property. All four of us ordered the luncheon prix-fixe which was an app, main and dessert for 30.00 with all items directly from the main menu- not smaller sized. Really an excellent value for a meal this good. We all got something different and were all so very happy. We started at the bar with some excellent cocktails made by Bridget. This place is a gem.
