I was grateful they were able to fit me on short notice for an overdue car inspection. I appreciated the shuttle service back and forth to my house, and was surprised they actually shared pictures of what’s going on with my vehicle. I used to go to the Honda dealership and they never offered a shuttle service or pictures. I felt like I was paying too much at the dealership. I feel like Christian Brothers would give a fair price. I’m touched they do charity work as well. I already recommended them to my boyfriend. I felt bad they stayed open past 6pm Friday night so I could get my vehicle back. Everyone there was very pleasant.

My daughter is a Marine and was driving her car to Camp Lejeune from Pa. She originally went to another place because it was down the road but they let it sit that day even though they assured her multiple times that it would be done that day. We called Christian Brothers in North Wales, Pa and explained the situation and they said they’d make it work. Dropped it off the following morning and they had it done by 4:30 pm and that was with additional unexpected work! Location owner and staff were great! I was so pleased when I need maintenance for my van prior to our move to San Antonio TX I took it there. I’ll take my vehicles to Christian Brothers in Shertz,TX based on my experience at North Wales, Pa..

Patrick was very accommodating and welcoming, especially considering my emergency. CBA put me at ease with their process. I was shown images throughout the process and could easily understand what was happening with my car. The shuttle service came in clutch, Bob is a good man. My technician Tom was very professional and thorough for my first visit. I am impressed by their Nice Warranty. I highly recommend this automotive shop if you want a careful, methodical, and honest mechanic working on your car. Not once did I feel pressured into anything and nor did they try to sneak anything else into the work order under my nose. I will definitely be coming back!

They decided to check into my Warranty, they told me they think I was covered, and suggest I go back to where I bought the car. They choose honesty over money, I will always come back to them!

Trustworthy, professional, attentive are the words I associate with the staff and service at Christian Brothers. They set the benchmark for service centers in my experience. I have visited many service centers; and I will only recommend this place for new and used vehicle services. Recently, I needed an oil and filter change, and inspection and emissions test. I received photos for all the services performed and recommendations. My vehicle passed the test; and tires were needed. The center recommended Costco as the center recognizes that Costco’s pricing is better and a few minutes away. Their customer pickup and drop off service is also pleasant and reliable. Their customer lounge is clean, right sized, comfortable and has a variety of hot cold beverages and snacks to keep you hydrated and energized. Thank you Christian Brothers. Special thanks to Tom Stevens (service advisor) for always exceeding expectations.

I’ve never dealt with such exceptional service until I met the Christian Brothers. I reached out to them multiple times with an emergency and they were kind enough to service me immediately to get the job done right with honesty and fair pricing. One incident, they fixed something that my Benz dealership couldn’t even figure out. They are my only go-to shop going forward. Farewell to my Benz & Audi dealership.
