I have banked at many BofA centers and this is by far the best around. Payal is the bank manager and she is so professional and kind to work with. Alec is amazing with his customers and has a genuine touch to his job. I must say, if you are thinking of changing bank centers, please check them out. Highly recommend and I will most certainly continue my banking with this branch!!

One of the worst experience as a bank, the manager judged the way me and my brother looked when we walked it and literally looked irritated as if he wanted us gone so he can get back on his cell phone because having someone on the line with one AirPod on wont be noticeable, that itself is already a breach of our privacy as customers. The manager im speaking about is an Asian guy in his mid 40s with hair transplant. He had money to go to turkey for that but wouldn’t let us take out a loan. I took my business elsewhere to my usual Bank of America and they told me i can take out up to 20k and have one year no interest.

It seems like they keep shrinking hours. Certain transactions can only be done in person, and it would be nice to have a bank that's open at least 8 to 10 hours a day.

Terrible service. Tried to get some help. She said maybe bank manager that couldn’t help us to give us our average balance and she just would not help. I felt racism or dislike towards us and we are elite members. I would like a reprimand against this lady because on top of that she just walked away in the middle of trying to help us. Horrible and terrible service. Never coming back to this branch. Useless close it down.

Fast easy access to ATM. The ATM is available 24/7 and the doors are secured when the bank is closed. Tbere is a card access reader outside, and you unlock the doors to the ATM by inserting your Bank of America debit card. The doors lock behind you so you are secure.Just a note: while the bank proper was closed during COVID, the ATM was still available as stated above. It is currently fully open the staff are friendly and helpful.

Went to cash my check just like I do for the last few fridays and my id expired 2 days ago and with what is going on in the world I couldn't go get my new drivers license they wouldn't cash my check.

Go to bank to get questions answered on how to setup trust. MJ says no can't do it. After leaving I get 5 calls from her yes, legal dept says we can do it. Make a follow-up appointment with MJ. Get there she says she can't do it and associate that can has an appointment at the time I made an appointment with her. Why didn't she tell me that? Then she says let me check with legal. But she already did - why call again? Ten minutes later she says legal says they can't do it. Two trips and two episodes of total waste of time. Don't go there.

Waiting in line forever while one guy behind the window is just doing nothing and another in his "office" is staring at his computer. I'm sure they have good reasons but in the meantime, 4 people are waiting in line. Certainly they don't make their customers their priority.

Made an appointment and waited 30 min after that time only to see banker begin longer process with other client. I left.

Not enough tellers to assist customers. Manager or Sales person is playing games on his cell phone while I have been waiting for over 15 minutes. Aweful experience.
