Nice hotel but I have 2 complaints. 1. We arrived about an hour early but were not allowed to use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. 2. I wanted to buy a water from the front desk commissary but they were out. They did however have 4 bottle of water gratis for gold members but couldn't give, or even sell me, 1 of those bottles.

Nice hotel in a great spot. Room was fresh and clean. Awesome workout facility. Front desk check in person was not the best. Not very friendly or helpful. Other than that no complaints, nice property.

Love it! This will be my go to hotel when I’m in Pittsburgh visiting family. Staff was wonderful, Breakfast was wonderful and rooms and hotel spotless clean. The only issue I had was housekeeping didn’t fill up the shower gel prior to booking the room but I bought my own soap. Keep up the good work in maintaining this hotel. Housekeeping need to check all areas to include replenishment of bathroom items. See ya next time!

This is my go to hotel when I travel to the Pittsburgh area. Great breakfast, clean rooms, plus its very close to a Sheetz and Walmart for late night runs.

Great, CLEAN hotel right of the turnpike. Our family came in late and the night front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean, beds were super comfortable. When we went to breakfast, the dinning area was clean and beautiful open space.
The woman who was tending to the open breakfast was sweet and accommodating. Even when I messed up by draining the left over my drink in the wrong area lol.
If you need a place to stay this was a great family friendly hotel.

Rooms: These rooms are bigger and brighter than the "normal" Hampton rooms I usually stay at.

My sister and I decided almost last minute to come visit family. We got two different rooms so we could each have our privacy. We checked in a little after 3 AM after driving 5 hours. The lady running the Night Audit was very nice and helpful. She asked us if we wanted to stay on the same floor near each other. She got us two doors down from each other which is perfect! We had to get up early in the morning to go see family. The breakfast was wonderful. The scrambled eggs are my favorite option at all Hilton hotels. Another lady at the front desk was also very helpful. I asked for something fun to do in the area. She sent us to Downtown Irwin. That place was absolutely wonderful as well! If I ever come down to this area again I would definitely stay here. This hotel is newly renovated and was such a wonderful stay. If I could give it more stars I most certainly would!

Solid hotel. Loved the studio rooms. Breakfast was great.
Rooms are overall clean and nice, but some of the hard to reach spots were kind of dusty. Also please more non-pork options for breakfast.

Everything is average for this hotel. Nothing stands out as a focus to attract guests. It's right off the highway, so convenience is good for business purposes.

Beware: this is a pet friendly hotel, but the staff does not enforce rules regarding pets barking all night. We had a room next to a howling dog who wined and barked all night! If you book this hotel ask not to be on any floor with a dog. This hotel needs to make sure that if they are “ pet friendly”, they are also first most “ sleep friendly”!

Absolutely beautiful hotel room. Super clean and neat. Plentiful towels and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! Definitely the best spot you'll find in Irwin!And the front desk staff was so friendly and kind. Outstanding service! Thank you!!

This place is alright, but has some issues with the room I stayed in. Bathroom door doesn't lock and is also the closet door? Stupid design if you ask me. Medium sized tv that has to be rotated to view. The giant wall seen in the pictures just to have that tiny window is comical. So those curtains are just for show? Room includes a fridge, but no freezer nor a microwave? Bed was ok. Heater works good. Place seems clean. Breakfast was as good as it gets for a typical hotel. Check in and out was easy. Parking is free and there's plenty of spots. Lastly, the main reason I'm giving this a 4 star and not a 3, is because no one was in the gym or the pool when I used them. I had a good workout and morning swim before heading to work. If you don't care for the pool, find another hotel. This one is priced too high for what it's worth.
