Mill Grove Apartments is very quiet and clean. Their management is very responsive and they have a nice swimming pool and fitness room. It is also nice to have a shopping center right next door and trails to walk or bike in the mornings.

Me and my husband have been living in the apartments for a year and a half, the truth is it is a very quiet place to live, what it offers you is very good without a doubt, Sabahat and Amira were the people who helped us in our process to move and they gave us the opportunity to live here, it has been a good decision and we are very happy about it

When you leave the apartment they would charge you unnecessary for paint even though we painted amd made it look like new.I really did not want to write a review all of a sudden but even though i sent them the video proof of paint,bill of paint (when they said we painted just the primer,so does not look like they thought to give a look at the apartment).My friends living there helped me with the paint and even they acknowledge that the painting was done at level best and the apartment walls looked like new.Really disappointed after such a good stay and having everything done as suggested from moveout inspection.

The maintenance crew is absolutely superb. They always respond quickly and efficiently. On the other hand, it sometimes seems that those areas that face the bird sanctuary are a bit neglected. A short walk around the back of the 800 building will effectively demonstrate that fact. Many of the plants and shrubs have died or are dying. Many others are annually devoured by the deer. This is especially true of the hostas and the hydrangeas. Many have no leaves by the middle of the summer.

El lugar en general es bueno, pero recomiendo ajustes dentro de los apartamentos, por ejemplo el problema de los roedores, algunos baños e inodoros y lavamanos antiguos con óxido, pisos un poco viejos, las alfombras o pisos no tienen bases de fondo niveladas, la lavandería aveces no permanece limpia. Quizás hace falta más personal de mantenimiento.
