Always greeted right away and everyone is friendly. My dogs are welcomed enthusiastically too and they actually enjoy coming to the vet because they are treated so well here. Highly recommend!

I needed to get a prescription refilled for my dog. I asked the front desk to make sure it was in a bottle with a non-childproof cap, because I only have one hand and am in able to open childproof caps. They refused to do it. They refused to even open the the cap for me so that I could access the medication. They refused to put it in a plastic bag or an envelope for me. They essentially sold me medication that I had no way to access. They claimed that it was illegal for them to dispense medication in a bottle with out a non-childproof cap. I know this to be untrue because my pharmacy dispenses it in a non-childproof cap, and previous vets have dispensed medication with a non-childproof cap. I told them all this, but they flatly refused. I then wrote a letter, explaining my frustration to the owner of the practice and didn't even get a response. This policy is just ridiculous on the face of it. I am not the only person who has a hard time with non-Pratt childproof caps. There are many people with arthritis or other conditions that make opening a childproof cap difficult if not impossible. Needless to say, I have found a new vet.

My dog has severe skin allergies Duoxo mousse was more than double the price. They also won't write prescriptions so you can get meds cheaper elsewhere.

They think they are in the trenches of a Covid pandemic acute care hospital in 2020. You are a vet hospital in 2022! They ask you to wear masks still and wipe down every surface like you have just walked in and given the employees the plague. It is ridiculous how out of touch these people are with reality. The care given to my dog was good but the level of insanity of mask protocol at this point is absurd. I am thinking of leaving just based on the fact that I can't walk in without a mask even tho the rest of society has moved on and yet for some reason newtown vet wants to continue with these ridiculous mask protocols

Can't say enough good things about Newtown Vet. Dr. Cryer is fantastic. And all the phone and front desk staff, as well as the vet techs, are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and good at their jobs. My dog gets very stressed at vet appointments and they are so kind, gentle and good with her.

The staff (techs and manager) are not well trained and seem to care more about how much they can charge clients rather than the care of pets. I was a client for 30 years until this Spring. Too bad the place has changed.

Had a great experience as a new patient with Dr. Constantino for my 2 year old Pomsky. I am new to Yardley and wanted to establish veterinary care. We had an unexpected positive on her stool test and the office called the next day with results and what the plan of care would be! I feel like my dog is in good hands at this practice.

Newtown Veterinary hospital and namely Dr. Jaaron Graham have been our go-to for all vet services since our 12 year old (chocolate lab) Vito has been a pup. I have been told by several ppl in the community that there are more affordable places to go to, but I have never felt taken advantage of, and all services offered have always been reviewed before performed. As a matter of cost and services I have always been pleased and felt a familiar feel during those times of distress with Vito. No small degree of savings would ever change that and I am sure there will be other pets in my future and they will go to NVH too. Thank you all for being there

Dr. Graham is the best! We had to put our Pug to sleep over the summer, and he was the only vet I wanted to perform the euthanasia because he is so kind and has a great bedside manner. I can tell he loves his job. He always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. We just got a new puppy and brought her in for her first visit at NVH and she loved Dr. Graham as well!

i am most certainly am a customer of this business. it is hardly comforting that the doctor tries to cross reference and check responses via the businesses database. did it occur to the occur that people move. i stand by my review. the vet is infuriating to interact with. once you breakthrough the barriers of an antiquated phone system, you are almost certain to encounter a staff member who hurriedly responds. they can not get you off the phone fast enough. hiding behind the pandemic is truly sad. hiding between small business status is sadder. if you look at publicly available information ( you can read: "Newtown Veterinary Hospital, LLC in Newtown, PA received a Paycheck Protection Loan of $332,200 through Live Oak Banking Company, which was approved in April, 2020. This loan has been disbursed by the lender and has not yet been fully repaid or forgiven. The exact status of ongoing loans is not released by the SBA. Based on the standard PPP eligibility formula, it may be possible to estimate the payroll expenses represented by a company on their PPP application (see details above). In order to qualify for the PPP loan amount received, Newtown Veterinary Hospital, LLC's 2019 payroll expenses are estimated to be at least $1.59M. Based on their reported 38 jobs retained, this equals an estimated average yearly compensation of $41,962 per employee." enough said.

I have been going to Newtown Vet for many years. Dr. Graham is always incredible with taking the time to explain what is going on and making sure you understand everything . He as well as Amy who was the technician and the entire staff made it a great experience for Rosie as well as me! Thank you!
