We partnered with MortgageCS to refinance our home a couple of months ago, and had a great experience - highly recommend this team. Their rates and responsive, professional customer service made working with them a no-brainer.
From the beginning, they gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision that was right for us. They walked us through rates, were transparent about tradeoffs and unknowns, and set up rate monitoring with regular updates so that we could pick the right time to refinance.
Once we started the process, they made the whole thing feel easy, telling us along the way just what to expect and what they needed from us in clear, straightforward language. And, no matter when we reached out, they answered all of our questions quickly and clearly - even hopping on evening/weekend zoom calls to coordinate with our schedules.

Ben and his team at MortgageCS are amazing and experts in the field. Everyone is knowledgeable, communicative, and very friendly. The team (Ben, Alec, Melissa, and Shannon) played a huge role in the purchase of my first home with my wife. Ben, Alec and Melissa were extremely helpful throughout the process, walking us through every step. We had a long search for our first home and they stayed in contact and worked with us the whole time. If you want a hassle free time securing a mortgage, use them! Alec & Ben were nothing short of amazing throughout our home buying experience. They were both a phone call or text away late into the night including weekends while we made multiple offers. Ben and the entire MortgageCS team were fantastic throughout the whole process. Ben was quick to hop on a zoom and show me things as opposed to just throwing numbers at me over the phone. They provided a great service that helped educate me on the options and they were able to get the best rates compared to other companies I shopped around with. The team was also great throughout the whole process keeping us updated on what needed to be done. Ben even came to our closing in person to make sure everything went smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough. No brainer.

Had a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy the property I had been renting for the past 3 years off my landlord. MortgageCS helped me every step of the way starting with getting the original numbers to see if it was feasible. After I got a quote I couldn't turn down the opportunity.
